Escape to this inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bath mountain retreat located at the edge of Stateline, Nevada, backing directly onto the Edgewood Tahoe Golf Course. With approximately 1,500 square feet of comfortable living space, this home offers scenic views of manicured fairways, the Heavenly Ski slopes, and Mount Ackeum—all visible from the private deck.



Inside, relax in the cozy living area featuring a gas fireplace, ideal for après-ski evenings or quiet nights in. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and everything needed for easy meals and entertaining. Ceiling fans are provided in all bedrooms, with additional fans available in shared living areas, and a whole-house fan helps circulate cool Tahoe air during warmer months.



After a day of skiing, hiking, or exploring the lake, unwind in the private hot tub or enjoy the peaceful outdoor setting. The gated backyard offers a secure space for children and pets, making this a great option for families and pet owners.



The home is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood while remaining walkable to the Stateline Strip, South Lake Tahoe Events Center, Harrah’s Amphitheater, dining, entertainment, and nightlife. Outdoor recreation is close at hand, with easy access to world-class skiing, bike trails, Zephyr Cove, and Lake Tahoe’s shoreline.

Great Place

Stayed for two weeks, the house and amenities were perfect for a prolong stay. During our visit there were several storms which was awesome to have a garage and heated driveways. Loved the house and yard. The location can’t be beat!

Terrific location near Edgewood

This house is wonderful for 6 people. It is spacious inside and has a terrific backyard. The quaint house has room for sitting and socializing along with playing games in the backyard. It was a fantastic location in Nevada close to the Edgewood golf course.

Perfect for the Whole Family!

This house was a perfect place for our family weekend in Tahoe! We had 5 adults, our 1-year old Granddaughter, and both of our dogs with us and everyone enjoyed the space. The backyard was great for the dogs and a fun place for us to relax and play games. The kitchen was very well equipped and there was plenty of space for everyone to gather and spend time together. Can’t wait to come back!

The House was great! Located very close to Stateline nightlife and restaurants. We brought our dog along and he enjoyed the location as much as us. There was a great walking trail right next to the house which led directly to the beach. It was perfect to walk him! Overall a great property that I would recommend to anyone. We will probably book again!

Easy Convenient Stay

We fun staying at the Edge of Edgewood. Check in and out was easy. I liked the location it was amazing and great views. The shower and hot tub was amazing. My only critiques would be that the Wifi was not very fast and the check out time seemed a little early. Other then that great stay would defiantly rebook this location again if given the opportunity, very easy access to the casinos.

Amazing Location and Accomodation

Had a great time at this property. My girlfriends and I were staying for one of our best friends weddings and this location was perfect for getting to and from the Edgewood Property where wedding events were. You have a great view of the Edgewood Golf Course and then of course the backyard amenities were a hit between hot tub and then corn hole. We had a blast! Appreciate the hosts for opening their home up and allowing us all to see Lake Tahoe for our first time in the best way.

Best place to rent in Lake Tahoe.

This was hands down the best experience I've ever had while renting a spot for a weekend. The house was spacious yet comfy, decorated lovely, and offered an incredible atmosphere for relaxation after a long day on the slopes. This place is 2 minutes from downtown Lake Tahoe, and 10 min from Heavenly. Couldn't ask for a better location. The jacuzzi was perfect for recovering from 8 hours of skiing too, left me feeling rejuvenated and ready for the next day.
