This family-friendly vacation home with two living areas is set on a quiet wooded lot near the bike path to downtown Truckee. Bring the kids to play at the HOA shared pool and playground, or lounge on your two-story deck with a private hot tub, grill, and outdoor seating. You're located just a quick drive from dining options and 20 minutes from beautiful Lake Tahoe.



The open-concept living area boasts vaulted, wood-paneled ceilings, and a gas fireplace. Unwind on sofas or an armchair and watch shows on the 60' smart TV with AppleTV and Netflix subscriptions. Downstairs, the kids will love hanging out in the second living area with a queen sofa bed, 42' smart TV, Nintendo Wii, and Xbox (also with AppleTV and Netflix apps).



The well-appointed kitchen is detailed with stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar seating for two. When you've cooked a feast, gather the group at the dining table with seating for eight. Retreat to your primary suite with a plush king bed, writing desk, walk-in closet, and en-suite bath with glass-door shower and double vanity. Find two additional full-size bedrooms with closets and outdoor access, and a guest bath with granite vanity and tub/shower combination.



After dinner, step out to the second-story deck that was made for entertaining with a hot tub, grill, and open-air seating for four. Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and a Tesla car charger in the garage, along with a regular NEMA 14-50 charging outlet, are provided.



2026 Short-Term Tenant Card Restrictions

STR cards are welcome at the private amenities approximately 332 days of the year. To prioritize member access during the holidays, STR Tenant restrictions are being implemented on the following dates:

Public amenities include family-friendly skiing at Tahoe Donner Ski Resort. For sledding and tubing, make your way to Snowplay, or explore 100 km of trails at the Tahoe Donner Cross Country Ski Center. Visit the Tahoe Donner Golf Course, explore 60 miles of hiking trails, or check out the Tahoe Donner Equestrian Center.

We love this house. We’ve stayed now a few different times. My sister lives a few houses down and this is our go to for family trips. It’s well equipped for hosting dinners and is kid and dog friendly.

Great location and property with all the comforts of home. We really liked the separate areas and the large common area and kitchen. The location is easy to find. The only knock is that it smelled a bit of wet dog but I chalked it up to allowing pets and being closed up prior to our stay. The property could use a little updating but is a comfortable beautiful stay! We would love to come again!

Really great Tahoe Donner house!

We’ve stayed here before in the winter, and love it every time. Summer in Tahoe donner is awesome and this house has access to all of the amenities so we went to the gym, the lake, the Fourth of July concert (got tickets separately), hiked TD trails, went to the sauna, all the things. Beds are comfy, kitchen is well stocked, everything we needed. Thank you!

This house is truly Serenity

This was the perfect Tahoe-Truckee base for our group of 3 adults and two kids. Everyone had their own space, the common areas were comfortable, and location was convenient for all our adventures. We particularly loved having access to the Tahoe Donner pools and the Marina Beach Club!

September Respite

The house and location was wonderful. We loved the great room opening up to the forest where we could have privacy. The hot tub was clean and enjoyable. We would definately return.

Checking in to our rental was so easy. The kitchen was beautiful with most everything thing we needed (no sugar for the coffee)Everyone had a great time and slept well. We enjoyed the hot tub on the deck. One thing I would mention, when it says pool, sauna, tennis courts, it is actually a lodge about 3 minutes away that charges 24 per person. We had 2 children, 2 adults and 1 senior so it came to 120 for 45 minutes of swimming!

peaceful, comfortable getaway spot

Our stay was wonderful and Just what our family needed. Beautiful main room with big windows looking out into the forest. Hot tub on the main deck was ideal! Bed's were comfortable and plenty of towels for showering and hot tubbing. The community was quiet and so are we so that was a perfect, peaceful match for our family. We will definitely book again and would recommend this home to others.

Great stay in Tahoe Donner!

My family stayed in this house over the 4th of July weekend. Everything was GREAT! The place was bigger than I expected. Having the two decks was super, including the couch on the lower shaded deck. We didn't use the hot tub but it looked nice. Overall I would highly recommend a stay here!

Perfect for a short weekend, wish we could have stayed longer

We were having a family gathering in Truckee and so unfortunately, didn't get to enjoy the coziness of this property as much as we would have liked, as we were out much of the weekend. This is a great spot. We loved the layout of the home, the beds were comfortable, the house was clean, and the hot tub was a wonderful amenity. The instructions for check-in, check-out, and the home were all very clear. Would definitely stay again!
