The Space:

This pristine 3BR/2BA condo features a gourmet kitchen and a large balcony with mountain views - perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine after an exciting day of hiking or skiing. You’re just a mile from both the express gondola and Jordanelle Lake Marina. You’re also an easy 15-minute drive from the restaurants and entertainment venues of Park City. This is the closest condo to the famous Jordanelle State Park! Hardwood floors, high-end finishes, and contemporary furnishings make this a sophisticated yet comfortable space for your family or group Park City vacation.



Unwind with your group in the living room on the plush sofa and chair. On cool nights, warm up in front of the gas fireplace and watch a movie on the smart TV. Make meals in the gourmet kitchen with Viking stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and a gas range. The large island has three barstools and is the perfect spot for morning coffee. Gather for festive vacation meals at the six-person dining table.



In the primary bedroom, you’ll find a king bed, a smart TV, and balcony access. The en suite bathroom has a double-sink vanity and a large walk-in shower. A hall off the kitchen leads to two guest bedrooms. One has a queen bed and the other has a twin-over-full bunk bed. The nearby guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination and a separate vanity room with two sinks.

This condo is just over a mile from the Jordanelle Express Gondola. For even more skiing adventures, check out Park City (15 minutes) or Sundance (34 minutes). Jordanelle offers a variety of water sports such as boating, jet skiing, and fishing. Rental opportunities are located nearby. Deer Valley features a great line up of summer concerts in a scenic mountain setting. For a meal out, head into Park City, where you can choose from a plethora of great dining options. Shoyu offers sushi, Cortona is the spot for Italian food and gelato, and Vessel Kitchen is a chic café with a focus on healthy seasonal specialties.

Wonderful Winter Getaway

We stayed here with family and friends and had plenty of room to move around. The condo was spacious, modern, comfortable, quiet and very clean. The condo has great views of the lake and mountains and it is conveniently located in between Park City and Midway. The check in/check process was easy and the covered parking was nice to have in the winter. We definitely plan to make a trip back. This is a great place to stay during any season with so many fun activities nearby.

Fantastic vacation rental!

This place was fantastic! It was nice to have the comforts of home while away. We had plenty of room and enjoyed the little things like extra blankets/pillows, patio furniture, and even Netflix! Close enough to Park City, but far enough away that it felt remote & peaceful. The entire process (booking, checking in/out) went smoothly and was communicated well via e-mail and text. We didn't need to call PM for anything during our stay. Would definitely stay again!!

Beautiful home

Great location just outside the bustle of Park City. Beautiful home in with high end finishes. Rooms are larger than we expected. Very nice deck for evening entertaining. We were there end of summer, great access to Jordanelle Reservoir, beautiful golf in Midway and Park City. Looks to be super convenient to the Deer Valley east side chairlift. First time using a TurnKey Property. Highly responsive!!

Great views and a mere 12 minutes to the Park City Base. We particularly enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere away from the crowds and the friendly neighbors. Our only suggestion would be to add an outdoor grill on the deck. We would enthusiastically recommend this condo to others.

Super comfy beds, large bathrooms, fantastic kitchen and a very relaxing space to just hang out and enjoy. Easy to find and a quick drive to park city and more. It was very quiet. Darker curtains would have made it even better. So enjoyed how spotless and modern everything was. Having safe covered parking was perfect in the snow. It made a perfect place for our family Thanksgiving.

They need to replace the matresses

Beautiful home but managers need to be more on top of things.

The home is really lovely in every way. Perfect amount of space for our family of four and remodeled very well. Our only complaints are the dog hair on the comforters and couch - there must be a way to clean that better in between guests - and probably worse is that the dishwasher was clearly not working prior to our stay. We had to wash all of the plates, utensils, etc by hand BEFORE using them because they had not been cleaned and the dishwasher very obviously didn’t work. We texted the managers about the issue right away and they immediately said they would schedule someone to come out and then we never heard back.

Wonderful Family Ski Getaway

Had a couple of minor problems when we first arrived at the condo, but local representative for the management company was very responsive and it did not impact our stay. The condo itself was very clean had plenty of room for our family of 5 adults and a baby. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and well appointed. The kitchen had top of the line appliances and was very nice. It is important to note, that you can tell it is strictly a rental as the kitchen only contains the bare essentials. We cooked in every night and with skiing during the day we find it easier to do meals in a slow-cooker, which the condo did not have. There is a Wal-Mart in the area so we purchased one and left it upon our departure. Building is nice and secure. Ground floor parking underneath the building ensured we were not getting into a cold car every morning. Access to the Jordanelle Gondola was a short 2-minute drive away. Could not have had a better experience.

Dog Hair

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was a good experience. Upon arriving the condo was full of dog hair You could not sit on the couch and the bedding was full of it. We had to buy a hand vacuum to get it all up. The lint brush was totally inadequate. The headboard and all around the king bed was loaded with dog hair. The dining table had crumbs on it. The deck furniture was also loaded with dog hair. The sheets and blanket had to be washed, as it was so bad I bought new sheets. The windows were filthy, you could not see out of them. The new condos across the street was a big pile of dirt and not pleasant to look at. So we did not sit out much at all.

Nice Condo, beware of nonfunctional bedroom

Reviewer Comments: We have rented many different properties over the years in this neighborhood across from the Jordanelle Gondola including in this building, but never this particular unit. One of the bedrooms had a nonfunctional bed in which the bedframe was falling apart making it nonusable for sleeping. We informed the management company who at first told us it would be taken care of by noon, then we were told by 6pm, then we were told the next day. Of course it was never taken care of and no one ever came to even look at the problem. As long as you know you will not have use of one of the bedrooms advertised the property is convenient, clean and nice to use. Hopefully, the owner/managment company will get it fixed.

Nice but covered in pet hair

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit at Stillwater at the Shores is very nice. High end features and appliances, beautifully decorated. Great location between Heber and Park City. Yet the amount of pet hair in the unit is unacceptable. We rented on VRBO, where this listing states 'no pets.' We are not pet lovers/owners so we figured a unit that doesn't allow pets would be great for us. However, the owners obviously have pets as there are pet bowls in the bathroom and dog food in the cupboard. And the unit is covered with hair. The couch had a slip cover on it that was ripped and covered in hair, so you couldn't even enjoy the nice couch shown in the photos. Although the unit looks clean, just walking around stirs up all the hair. Hair was on the backboards of the beds, on the pillows even though the sheets were clean, anything you set down got hair on it including cell phones charging on the nightstands. When we arrived there were issues with cleanliness of the toilets and lack of paper supplies promised, but the maintenance group was outstanding. They immediately brought supplies and were great to work with. The location was perfect, but don't expect a view. You are basically looking at construction all around you of additional units. The underground parking is fantastic and the instructions to access everything were spot on. It is a very nicely appointed unit, if you are a pet lover and don't mind pet hair on all your clothing then this is the place for you. The owners need to put a disclaimer that they have pets even though they don't allow them.
