Impresionante ubicación de esquí, ideal para familias - Walk to Main St

Excelente ubicación para sus vacaciones de esquí.

Ubicación, ubicación, ubicación! Esta es una de las mejores características de nuestro cálido y acogedor townhome. Te quedarás justo en la ruta de autobús gratuito, donde estarás en la base de Deer Valley Resort en 3 minutos. También puedes caminar a Main Street en solo 5 minutos. Esta casa de tres niveles le permite extenderse y disfrutar su estadía.

Tres dormitorios y una sala de estar lo hacen muy cómodo para 6 a 8 personas. También podemos acomodar a un bebé o niño pequeño. La habitación del Penthouse incluye una cuna y juguetes. También tenemos una trona y una trona que se conecta a la mesa del comedor.

En el nivel principal, disfrute de una cálida sala de estar con chimenea y mesa de comedor con capacidad para 6. La cocina está abierta con un bar y le permite cocinar y visitar a sus invitados.

Realmente disfrutamos de nuestro tiempo en nuestra casa de vacaciones y estamos encantados de abrir el jugador para su estancia.

Great ski weekend in Park City

For our annual ski trip we booked this property and it worked great for us. Plenty of beds and a great kitchen space to eat and gather. The property is very close to old town Park City and there is a bus stop right to outside. Overall it was a great place for oour ski weekend!

Family winter vacation in Park City

Was a great place for my wife,daughter,son-in-law and 2 granddaughters to stay for our ski trip.Bus stop steps away to go to Deer Valley or Park City. Everything we needed in kitchen and unit. Enjoyed our stay.

Great home and location!

Three kids ages 10-12 and three adults stayed. Great location to walk downtown or to get to skiing. The home has lots of cookware and is well provisioned. We would definitely stay here again!

Great ski getaway.

Excellent location, having busy stop right in front of house couldn’t be more concurrent. Property was exactly as described, I highly recommend if you are heading to Park City.

Great location

The home is in a great location, about a 10 min walk to Main Street. As others have said, only one bedroom was actually private. Not a huge deal for us but could be a problem depending on who is staying there. The garage parking was a big plus!

Fantastic

The location of the property was great, short walking distance to Main Street. We rented a vehicle and it snowed heavily for four days while there so, the underground parking was phenomenal. The middle loft area is not a private bedroom but worked for my teen. Overall our stay was great and would definitely book again!

Super close to slopes and Main Street

The property was recently renovated and is super close to Main Street and the bars. It’s a quick walk to the bus station off main (there’s actually a bus stop right in front of the house that takes you to the main village in park city) and deer valley! Highly recommend!

Perfect Location for Deer Valley

Wow! What a spectacular home and an absolutely perfect location if you’re going to be skiing Deer Valley - directly across the street from a shuttle stop. The shuttle stop for Main Street is just outside on the same side of the street. Could not have been more convenient!The property is very well appointed with comfortable beds, clean and abundant towels, and everything you need for cooking at home. The owners were super responsive to any questions we had. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Amazing Park City Experience

If you're looking for an amazing house to stay with friends or family, this is it. Very clean and comfortably fit all 6 ppl on our stay. The host, Donald, is always available and communicative to make sure you have a great stay. This is conveniently located on Deer Valley Drive, where you can take a quick 5min walk to Main street or town lift and has a bus stop right outside in case you decide a lift is better to carry any gear. I would recommend this spot for anyone who wants a great park city/deer valley experience.

Ski Trip

Nice condo within 10 minute walk to the Town Lift. Bus stop right in front of building for the free Park City bus too. Updated kitchen with all the appliances and everything we needed for our stay. Slept 5 of us nicely for a ski trip with each bedroom/sleeping area having a bathroom with shower. Quiet location with only 8 units in the building and a shared hot tub.

Our stay was 5 stars, the apartment is very well located, 10 minutes walk from the town, equipped and clean. The only detail to keep in mind is that the garage is small and does not fit all kind of trucks. Apart from that I highly recommend it.

Nice location for both Town Lift and Deer Valley

Having three floors allowed everyone to have their personal space. Master bedroom is open to living room however. Kitchen has a large island for group meals. Walk to Town Lift was 5-10 minutes. Bus stop is right out front for riding over to Deer Valley. Lots of closets.

Amazing family vacation

This property was great for our family of 6 adults and 1 baby. There was plenty of space for all of us. Bonus to have a washer/dryer in the condo. It was close to Main Street and skiing. There is a free bus right outside the door but if you want to walk, it’s not far at all. It was nice there was a garage for our rented car. Communication with the owner was top notch. He responded quickly and was very helpful. Overall we enjoyed our vacation and look forward to returning.

Great Week at Park City

Our family of four (2 adult children) had a great experience at The Gambler condo! The unit is very spacious (3 floors) and along with the three bedrooms, there are 3.5 bathrooms. It is extremely convenient to a bus stop (just outside the door) and within easy walking distance to the bus depot and the historic downtown area. Although we shuttled from/to the airport, there is a very spacious underground garage. The owner was easy to reach and was very helpful I’n meeting every need and expectation. All in all, we had a great time!

Five midwest friends in their 60's out to ski Park City Resort

We were pleased with the property; it worked well for the 5 of us for our 5 nights/4 days trip to Park City. The location was EXCELLENT with a 5 minute walk to Park City Main Street and a bus stop right out front. Very convenient option to get to the base of the resort and the lifts. The kitchen has a very large stone topped center island that would work well for making meals; however we ate out most all nights with the great choice of restaurants downtown. And the family room is very nice with seating for the 5 of us.The place was pretty much as advertised except it should have listed that 1 of the bedrooms is not private at all (it's 2 twin beds in an open area on the 2nd floor) and the master has a balcony(?) overlooking the family room. For the 5 of us guys, it wasn't an issue - but could be if couples were to rent the place.

Not an accurate listing

It is not three bedrooms, it is two bedrooms. It has two twin beds in an open middle area on the second floor. Back door would not open amd this place has no a/c, it was hot not to mention we had no rear exot in case of fire, was told maintenance man would come help three days in a row, no show. This place may be great for winter but not summer.

Convenient location

We enjoyed the location as we skied both Park City and Deer Valley. The free bus is great and once we figured out the bus routes, we easily traveled to the town lift, park city base and deer valley without having to worry about parking. It’s easy to walk downtown from the condo as well, as long as you have good winter boots! Great for our group, 3 bedrooms located on the second and third floors. One of the rooms was not completely private as you need to walk through it to get to the third floor bedroom. The private room on the second floor has a loft that is open to the ground floor which means sleeping in would be difficult if others are awake and talking downstairs. It wasn’t a huge issue for us as most of us were awake early.

Great condo close to main street

The property has a great location. Very clean and nicely kept. Plenty of space for seven women going on a girls weekend. The only things that I would say is that we didn’t realize that 2 of the bedrooms weren’t completely private. One is more of a living space made into a bedroom with two twin beds in it and the other does have a door but it is still open to below inside the bedroom. So the only completely private bedroom is on the 3rd floor and it kind of warm up there. It didn’t affect a bunch of women but if it was couples staying, you might want to be aware of that. Also the backyard patio furniture could use a little help, but still worked out.

Cozy and convenient! Perfect for our family weekend getaway!

We enjoyed the spaciousness and coziness of the property. Was a perfect amount of space for five adults. The kitchen was well stocked…everything needed for preparing meals at home. It was an easy walk to Main Street to the shops, bars, and restaurants. The Park City Museum was fun and interesting and the High West Distillery had delicious food and cocktails! Will definitely be back till this mountain wonderland!

Great place to stay in Park City

We stayed in this property for a 6 days/5-night skiing trip. The place is nice and clean, with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths (plus half bath by the dining area). The second bedroom is not an enclosed area, ie no door, but is not an issue for us. It's nice that each bedroom has its own bathroom. The beds are soft and comfortable and bathrooms well stocked with enough towels. The kitchen has everything you'll need although we didn't really cook food, we did take outs most of the time. The property is very close to Main St (you can walk , takes about 7 min according to Google maps though we had always taken our car). The park city mountain village is a 5 min drive. The owner, Donald, is very friendly and accomodating, you can message him for questions and he would gladly help you. There's a hot tub and although common for the building, not many people were using it so bring your swimsuit!

We both grew up in Utah and love the great outdoors. Our favorite places to ski are Deer Valley and Alta. We know you will love this location and your stay.

This was originally my primary home before I got married. It was too great of a place to sell, so we made it our 2nd home and vacation home. We have enjoyed staying here on a warm summer night, or building a fire during a cold winter's night ~ and of course have enjoyed lots of skiing. We have also traded our home with people in Montauk, Nantuckett, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and open to what is next?

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

You can get in your ski gear and be at the base of Deer Valley in 3 minutes on the bus. You can also drive to any one of the resorts. When you are ready to go out to dinner you can walk to Main Street in 5 minutes, or take the bus that stops at the base of the steps. There is a great hot tub to soak and relax in after a long day's skiing.
