Boasting new construction and being near the beach, you couldn’t ask for a better place to settle in to for your next vacation at the Oregon Coast. This new, open concept home features modern decor throughout that all are sure to enjoy. The bright kitchen has stainless steel appliances and offers plenty of room for meal prep. Outside, the spacious and furnished deck is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the great summer weather, plus this home has space to park your boat or RV.



What’s nearby:

This home is located just five miles north of Florence on Hwy 101. Old Town Florence is a great place to explore and has many fun shops and local restaurants to choose from. When staying here, make sure you save time to make the short drive north to see the breathtaking Oregon coastline, Heceta Head Lighthouse, and the world-famous Sea Lion Caves.

We had a lovely stay - the house is comfortable and conveniently located to the beach. We are a family of four and had plenty of room. We walked through the little hobbit trail to the beach, which the kids loved but also used the main road access which takes less effort.Super nice touch with a welcome box of a few essentials from the management company (sponge, dish soap, laundry detergents, soaps/conditioner).Short drive to old town which is adorable and has lots of restaurant choices. It was a nice retreat.

Great house. Nice location. Very clean. There are two beds and then a roll-a-way bed. It’s a very comfortable place to stay. It’s secluded, but a close drive to everything. A bit of a steep, sandy hike to the beach, but the trail is fun and the beach is fabulous.

Perfect house near the beach

We loved how beautiful the home is with updated features and how clean and well kept it is. The location was absolutely perfect, quick walk to the beach, short drive to the grocery store, old town and popular hikes and attractions. We already can’t wait to plan a trip back!
