The Space:

Relax with ease in this lovely, conveniently located home at the heart of Sunriver. Family-friendly by design, guests can unwind in front of a gas fireplace or out on the furnished back patio when reflecting on the day's adventures. The living room downstairs and the upstairs den are both furnished for comfort, with a bonus arcade table for extra fun. But the central air conditioning will ensure comfort in every section of the home. Have fun cooking together in the handsome full kitchen, or take the meat out to the private gas grill. SHARC passes are available if guests feel like an evening swim in the shared community pools. But the private hot tub on the back porch is an excellent place to relax!



The first bedroom for this home is just to the left when you walk through the door. This charming room features multiple windows, a front yard view, and extra seating in addition to a comfortable bed. The second bedroom is just to the right as guests walk down the hall to the living room. This is the main bedroom of the home, and features a private deck entrance near the hot tub, a mounted flatscreen TV, and a lovely en suite bathroom with double sinks, a spacious closet, a standalone shower, and a soaking tub. Upstairs, the third bedroom is just to the right as guests reach the top (just across from the arcade table). This lovely forest-themed room features a neighborhood view. The fourth bedroom (just next door) features a similar view but is decorated with a horse theme. At the end of the hallway, past the upstairs den, the fifth and final bedroom features bunk beds and a closet of age-appropriate toys for younger guests. A full bathroom (featuring double sinks and a shower/tub combination) lies just across the way, so no one will have to walk too far in the middle of the night.

Great for large combo families.

This house was great for our large multi generation family. Plenty of beds for everyone and 2 lounging spaces gave everyone room to spread out. The large dining table was great for playing games. The bikes were a big hit for all ages! We really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect for large groups

This house was AMAZING! It had more than enough space for our large group. The added living room/play area upstairs was a HUGE hit with all the kiddos! We will definitely stay here again!

Great family house

Great stay in your beautiful home. The large kitchen was perfect for cooking meals for our whole family. The teenagers in our group loved the table tennis and vintage video games.

College roommate reunion with kids

Great location. Fun kids stuff and lounge upstairs. Walking distance to the market and bike trail which made it super convenient- also at the end of a cul de sac so quiet and safe. Would book again!

Terrific House- great location

Great house. Lots of space for 2 grandkids (lots of toys for them) my daughter and son in law. Plenty of parking. Steps to the bike/walking paths. Easy drive to MANY attractions. Pool passes (included) was fantastic. An added bonus was it is only steps away from the small grocery store. Quiet neighborhood. Many bikes provided. It really was a perfect vacation house for us. Highly recommend.

Family trip

We take a yearly family trip and this year was Sunriver. This house is beautiful. Warm and welcoming with great space for a big family. The kids loved the upstairs, kitchen has every appliance you could ever need, beds are extremely comfortable and hot tub was icing on the cake. We had a great stay & thank you for the great communication during our stay. We will be back!!!

Great house and location!

This was a very roomy and clean home. There were plenty of amenities too -- spa, bikes, towels, games, and all the things you may forget while prepping for vacation. Very easy to get around to the many nearby attractions - waterpark, museums, trails, caves and many more. Right by a grocery store too! I had not been to this part of Oregon and I will definitely go back as there was so much I wasn't able to see. I will be staying here the next time too.

Amazing Sunriver Home

This property was absolutely perfect. The home was very clean, well decorated, and super cozy. We appreciated that there were several bikes of various sizes to choose from, as well as bike locks and even helmets (although we did remember to bring our own helmets). We really enjoyed riding into the village to explore the shops. The distance is very doable for the entire family. We also very much enjoyed using the provided SHARC passes. The hot tub was a nice perk which we indulged in almost every night of our stay. There's even a ping pong table, which was a real hoot. The home is very well stocked, especially the kitchen. Other than finding only one hair dryer shared between the three bathrooms, there really isn't anything the owners have forgotten. There was even an oscillating fan in the master bedroom closet, which I (being of a certain age) very much appreciated. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend this home to friends. Kudos to the owners for providing a top notch vacation rental.

The house worked well for us. We liked the kitchen, which was well stocked and had nearly everything we needed to prepare our meals (only exception was a tea kettle). The beds are comfy, but tall. Thank you for including a step stool. This a very comfortable house and great for a multi-family group!

Amazing stay in Sunriver

We booked this as a surprise for my wife’s 38th birthday. We had 3 couples and 5 kids ages 9,4,4,4,2. What an awesome place to stay. Super clean, had everything we could want. Right across the bike path from the marketplace at sunriver so getting little things we needed couldn’t have been easier. We for got the pack and play for our daughter and they had 2 in the house. Also TEN SHARQ PASSES!!!!!! Just an all around amazing weekend away.

Amazing girls weekend!

This house was absolutely perfect for our girls weekend. It's cozy yet spacious, with plenty of room to spread out. The layout makes it perfect to have several adults staying here together and each having their own space. Love that the store is right across the path for easy access when you need something, which happens so often while in a vacation home. The hot tub is huge, well maintained, a great place to relax. Will definitely return for a friends weekend and/or family trip.

This house worked out really well for 3 families. Kitchen was well-stocked, large table for everyone to eat together, and two different family room/TV areas so the kids could hang out in their own space when they wanted to. The house had comfortable beds, stocked with kids toys and is located in a quiet neighborhood.

Great location for Families

Love this house! We spent an entire week here for a family vacation, and this house could not have been a better place to spend our time. The entire upstairs works well for kids of all ages, there was more than enough room for our family of six. The kitchen is very well stocked, I can't think of one thing that we needed and couldn't find. Very clean and new/updated. Super convenient location in north Sunriver and so close to the store for all the last-minute needs. Tons of bikes of all sizes to use and we put the Sharc passes to good use. Already planning our next trip back!

The house worked very well for our group. The floor plan was great. The kitchen was a particular favorite with all the needed equipment and dishes. The house itself was in good repair and nicely decorated. The beds are high off the floor and climbing up is difficult for short people. A stool or two would help.
