Located just steps from Yaquina Bay, you'll be within easy walking distance from the Hatfield Marine Science Center, Coast Aquarium, and Rogue Brewery. The paved path right outside your door leads to the beach where you can fly a kite or hunt for agate. Take a guided kayak trip in the neighboring South Beach State Park, or play a round of golf at the Agate Beach Golf course, four miles north.

Great place for families and dogs. The walking access to the jetty, beach, pier and aquarium and science center with the new blue whale sculpture is awesome. Sensible layout and flooring. Great views. Basic cooking ingredients included. Nice open layout with good kitchen. Love that there wasn't a hidden pet fee. Great spot!

We were so excited to find this house in Newport near our favorite things to do. The view, short walk to the jetty and size of the home were all as described. The house was spacious and offered our 2 families their own space and plenty of common area to come together. The kitchen was spacious and offers plenty of room for preparing your daily catch. Unfortunately the house was not cleaned to the standard of any other vrbo we have stayed in. It gave an all over feel of dirtiness. We found visible dirt in the window sills, we moved the toaster to use it and there were crumbs under it, the floor was dirty and we found a lint ball wedged under a table leg, in one of the basement rooms there was a unopened can of soda with a dead fly next to it, the view is great from the dining room but the exterior windows had bird poop all over them, as soon as you walk into the basement hall the smell of urine hits you in the face, the downstairs bathroom toilet seat was broken and pinched 2 in our party the 1st night. All this being said, if we could have a guarantee this house was cleaned properly we would definitely stay here again.

We love the location of this property. This was our second visit to it. We were sad the property was dirtier and there was a need for some fresh paint and repairs to baseboards damaged by previous visitors pets.
