Overall the property was great! I have some suggestions about the listings descriptions, like putting only what the particular house offers. My house didnt have a hot tub and the main description says it. And providing bikes with gears because standard bikes are difficult to climb hills.

We appreciate your feedback, Vicente. We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your stay overall. Thank you for pointing out the discrepancy regarding the hot tub; we strive for clarity in our listings and will certainly take your suggestion into account. We understand that having bikes with gears can make a big difference, especially in a beautiful area like Sunriver with its hills. Your insights help us improve the experience for future guests. We hope to welcome you back for another stay soon, where we can ensure everything meets your expectations perfectly.

Exactly as described and pictured. Very cozy and clean, with all the necessary amenities. It is a great location. It was great to be right on the bike path with easy walking distance to the shops and restaurants and the SHARC. The bikes were a big hit as well. Beds were comfortable and enough blankets and towels for everyone. I appreciated that there were soaps, paper towels, a pod for laundry - again all the necessary amenities. There were even some games in the closet. As the listing states, there is no AC and I was worried as it was in the 90s while we were there, but the cabin never got too hot (but we were not in the cabin much in the afternoons) and the evenings cooled off enough to let a breeze in and cool down the cabin overnight. Plus, there are floor fans in all the bedroom areas. There is lots of space outdoors for kids to play around as well with both a front and back porch area. One watch out for anyone who is tall - the shower head is only about five and half feet tall. Overall, I would stay here again and would recommend this cabin to others.

It sounds like you made the most of the location, enjoying the bike path and the nearby shops and restaurants. We’re glad the bikes were a hit and that you found the outdoor space enjoyable for the kids. We appreciate your understanding regarding the lack of AC, and it’s great to know that the cabin stayed comfortable for you. Thank you for the heads-up about the shower height; we’ll make sure to highlight that for future guests. We would love to welcome you back anytime for another stay. Your recommendation means a lot to us!

Great vacation rental!

Our family stayed here over the Thanksgiving weekend & it is a great rental. The furniture & decor is definitely dated but it was very clean & in walking distance to the village which was awesome. For how much cheaper it is than other Sunriver rentals, we were very happy with it .

We loved the location and the outdoor space. The inside was the perfect amount of space for our family of four. The price seemed high for the amenities provided but we still enjoyed it.
