Quick family get away

We enjoyed the property and found it to be in an excellent location! The property was clean. We enjoyed the pool and exploring the trails in the neighborhood.

Decompressing from a very hectic 2025

Just what we needed to just catch our breath from a hectic and emotional 2025. Chilling and bike riding were high on our to do list.

Worked great

We used this property to sleep and shower at while we were with family camping in Sunriver. Would recommend, it worked great!

Work event

Place was clean and well stocked with anything you might need. No A/C and was hot inside when we arrived but it cold off at night and when you open the windows and have fans in front of windows it cools right down. Lots of fans in the place. I would stay again.

Comfortable Clean Condo

The condo is very nice and updated. The beds are really comfortable. August is a very busy month with families and children which made it noisy. Powder Village Condo's need to invest in new lounge chair by the pool.

August is a bustling time around Sunriver, so yes there are more families and children that visit us here. Unfortunately, what the Condo management does is out of our control, so I apologize you were unhappy with the pool chairs. The parents loved morning coffee on the small deck that overlooks the pool area, which felt very private and shaded. The kids loved the close proximity to the pool - this is the closest condo building to the pool. The loft was the perfect sleeping area for our eldest. We can't wait to come back!

Powder Village vacation

Reviewer Comments: Our family has been coming to SunRiver and Powder Village Condominiums since our children were little. They are now adults and still want to stay at PVC. We love having the pool on-site and the amenities of PVC. Our condo was clean and comfortable and we loved having a third “bedroom” in the loft.

Nice cando with quiet pool

We were very happy with the condo, especially the access to the pool, which was very quiet compared to the SHARC and overall business of the village. While a bit on the side, the condo location was great in these covid times to avoid the crowd. The condo itslef was clean and spacious for us. The only downside is the lack of AC in July, but we knew this ahead of time and we decided to try it anyway. Fans were available and useful. Will definitely consider coming back there!

One thing that I didn't like was that there wasn't any air conditioning and the weather was very hot. It would have been nice to be told upfront because I have health issues and need air conditioning.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I enjoyed our stay. We only had one issue. We ran out of hot water quite fast during morning showers. Maybe the hot water system for this unit needs maintenance. I have only one suggestion: the kitchen is due for a new set of pots and pans (Costco) and a set of mini/small bowls would come in handy. Otherwise everything was fine. We're already looking forward to our next visit to Bend!

Mgmt promptly sent someone over to fix things by plugging in some loose wires that were hard to get to. Shortly after, the TV went out again. The cheap paper towel dispenser was located over the sink and the paper towels kept falling into the sink. Minor inconvenience. Everything else was very nice. We enjoyed our stay.

No A/C

I would have given this 3 stars for the lack of A/C but it wasn’t listed with it so looks like it’s my fault. Definitely learned a valuable lesson on here, make sure you check to see if it has all the amenities you want. Wasn’t that big of a deal since weather was a little cooler but on a hot day this would not have been nice.

That is correct this unit does not have A/C and that is why it is not listed under available amenities. Actually, only 30% of the homes in Sunriver have this amenity as it is minimally utilized. We hope that you enjoyed your stay other than the no A/C.

Nice stay & nice location

Overall, my family and I really enjoyed our stay. The condo was located in Sunriver and we were in town to visit family in La Pine so the location worked well. It was well furnished and comfortable. Our son loved the loft located up above. The only thing I didn't care for was the very late check in of 5 pm. I have a toddler and young child so for us 5 pm is late and right when our family begins our end of day routine. I should have reached out to see if we could have had early access but didn't. Their lock literally would not open until 5pm on the dot. We had to sit on the steps for about 20 minutes with 2 young kids after a very long drive which was frustrating. Other than that it was a solid stay. I would stay there again, if I could get earlier access to the house.

We didn't stay. Home wasn't as advetised and unusable for a 100 degree Sunriver vacatiob

No place to park bikes. No AC. Not in Sunriver. No room for family to sit in living room. 2nd story condo with no AC. We walked in and walked out. Tried to ask for a refund weeks ago and were told no. So we decided to give it a try and it didn't work. You don't need to pay the cleaner. Very disappointed and wish we had some of our $1800 in our pocket. Ryan

We're so sorry you had issues with the property you rented. We try our best to accommodate each guest, but it is up to the property owner to add air conditioning or not.
