Feel the classic cabin charm of this comfortable home in Black Butte Ranch. Featuring one bedroom plus a loft with a queen bed and a twin bed, this cabin is perfect for two couples, or just you and your furry friend. Enjoy its cozy, dog-friendly interior, a private deck and firepit, and access to swimming pools, private and shared hot tubs, saunas, on-site golf courses, and other wonderful amenities in this beloved resort community.



You'll find this atmospheric home among the pines of Black Butte Ranch, which offers a welcoming respite for hikers, golfers, skiers, and couples, just around the corner from the Big Meadow Lodge on a quiet cul-de-sac. Make a morning tee time at the Big Meadow (one-mile northeast) or Glaze Meadow Golf Course (three miles south), spend an afternoon roaming the streets of Sisters 12 miles southeast, or taste your way along the famous Ale Trail in downtown Bend 16 miles further.



Come home from a day of snowshoeing across Black Butte Ranch's 1,800 acres to warm your toes by the gas fireplace, curl up with a book or a board game on the sofa, or choose something on Netflix, on cable, or from the VHS/DVD library to watch on the Smart TV.



Spend the summer months practicing your backhand on the community tennis courts, swimming in one of the six pools, or getting rid of your stress in the hot tubs and saunas. Take your dog for long walks on 18 miles of multi-use trails (please note that a nightly pet fee applies), prepare meals with your loved ones in the sleek kitchen (with stainless steel appliances and a dishwasher), and spend warm evenings outside on the deck - flipping steaks on the gas grill and stargazing around the firepit. Back inside, you'll have free WiFi, a sound dock, and an Xbox 360 to keep you entertained well into the night.

Great small cabin for a short stay

This place worked well for our family of four. I would not recommend for families with teenagers or very small children as the stairs are very steep and the space upstairs is small. Cozy place worked well for our four-night stay. The deck area was the all-star - spent a ton of time in the hot tub and hammock.

Nice little cabin

Stay was wonderful, the outdoor area was so nice and the kids loved the hot tub. The stairs to the loft were a bit steep, so be careful with smaller children. Overall great stay in a cute and woodsy cabin.

Nice location on the back side of the resort. Street was a cul de sac where our young son could bike around without lots of cars.

We had a great time staying here. Really pretty clean and the wi-fi worked great. Checking in and out was smooth. The property was also fantastic and the store offered some great sandwiches. We will definitely be back.

Relaxing getaway in a beautiful place

The outdoor space at this property was great with lots of seating, a hot tub and propane fire. We mainly cooked in and the kitchen had everything we needed to make it easy. The house is in a great spot with easy biking distance to the meadow, lakeside pool and lodge restaurants. We loved everything about our stay just wish we could have stayed longer! Would love to return here.

Fantastic cozy cabin!

My mom, sister and I stayed at this cabin for a little staycation and it didn’t disappoint! We loved the open deck with the hot tub and the cozy living room with a fireplace and plenty of comfortable seating. It was so nice to have 3 separate beds, but also be close and not spread out in a huge home. This was perfect for us to have a girls weekend and such a relaxing getaway! We loved it and would definitely all stay here again!

The house is in a great location, quiet and serene. Nice patio. The kitchen is well equipped. The upstairs is a little challenging. There is not much headroom going up the stairs and it’s easy to bump your head. There is no warning for this. It is frankly, a hazard. The spa is great.

The property is definitely cozy. Great for a couple. 2nd bedroom is in a loft up a very steep stairs. Adults have to mind their heads going up. Can’t get suitcase up very easily. 2nd bath is on first floor. Lilt users found it inconvenient. Kitchen modestly appointed. The one set of dishes are nice but oversized plates fit awkwardly in dishwasher. Nice deck and comfortable seating outside. No space for inside dining table. Board games hard to play with group of 4. Grant dog friendly staff. Bowls, mst, etc.

if you are looking for a true cabin get away this is the one buried deep in the forest with no neighbors this property has the real feel of cabin living keep in mind that even though you do. have wi fi for phones and tablets there is no tv connections that will stream for more than a few hours and the dvd players was not working so bring your own devices if you are a tv watcher

I would have rated it higher but when we tried to wash clothes the washing machine wouldn’t drain and locked our clothes in the washing machine for most of our vacation. Tried multiple times to spin and drain but it wouldn’t work. Luckily it warmed up enough on our last day to get the washing machine to finally drain and unlock. Tried for two days during our vacation, via texts and a phone call to get help from Vacasa, but no one ever showed up. The cabin itself was as advertised. It was clean and dog family friendly! Our family enjoyed being so close to Hoodoo.

Weekend getaway

The property was perfect for our quick getaway. The property is centrally located. We were able to drive to Smith Rock over to Bend and back through Sisters. The only negative I have are the instructions on accessing the property. I was provided the cabin address which routed us a short cut, but you must enter through the main entrance to obtain the gate code. The visitor center is prior to entering the property. The instructions provided an ‘entry code’ which is the actual cabin entry not the gate code. It was late at night and snowing heavily which made the check in very challenging. It would be very helpful to provide the visitors centers address along with their number. This is the reason I gave the property a 4 not a 5. Thank you!

Way Overpriced - Misrepresented property description

Pictures showed as bright and spacious. The entire house is dark, except for sliding glass doors opening to deck. Many of the lights and electrical outlooks did not work. Floor mats in bathrooms were old and FILTHY. Killed several bugs upon arrival, and large yellow jacket during stay. This place is TIRED. Way overpriced for the quality of the space. Deck is nice. We would not recommend this place to anyone, unless it was properly described as an old cabin, and the price reduced by half to two-thirds. Extremely disappointed, and will ask for partial refund.

Tiny but mighty

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our stay started with a nice warm home to walk into, and the candy in the wine glasses on the countertop was a REALLY nice touch. The kitchen was equipped with a lot of pots & pans that made making our Thanksgiving prime rib a BIG success. The location was, of course, superb, being that it was in Black Butte. Once heated properly, The hot tub was very enjoyable, except that we couldn't figure out the jets to run both sides with pressure, or it only worked one side or the other. The place was clean, and we felt very comfortable with the furniture, too. The cleaning staff could only clean under furniture more often and knock down the cobwebs from the ceiling. Our dog sniffed out some old treats under the chair closest to the bathroom/master bedroom, and once we moved it, we noticed how much dust & dust bunnies were under there. We wanted to come back to this place for New Year's but saw it was booked. We'll keep trying to return to this cabin as we had such a wonderful and relaxing time there. Thanks again for hosting us.
