There are 40 miles of paved bike trails, so consider planning to get around on two wheels rather than four!

There's complimentary WiFi, an iPod docking station for listening to your favorite music, and a TV for entertainment. In warmer weather, air conditioning helps you stay cool and comfortable. There's even a washer/dryer, making it easy to pack light.

THINGS TO KNOW

The indoor pool at the SHARC facility is open year-round. The outdoor pool at SHARC is open from mid-May through September.

This home also includes shared access to a private pool from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
