This condo is perfect for your weekend getaway. Centrally located near the SHARC and Village Mall, you will be able to enjoy this peaceful condo near the 15th fairway of the Meadow House Golf Course.

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom comfortably sleeps 6. On the first floor, there is a Queen bedroom adjoined to the jack’n’hall bathroom. The bathroom comes with a tub/shower combo. You can also enjoy the reading room with a great book snuggled up in front of the fire.

The kitchen is well-appointed and has a kitchen bar separating the living room and dining area. The dining area seats 6 comfortably with 2 additional seats at the counter of the island.

Upstairs you will find an additional bedroom with a queen size bed, a loft with two double beds, and a second bathroom with a walk-in shower. The upstairs loft area also has a portable A/C unit to help with those hot summer nights.

This home has 6 SHARC passes giving the guest access to the SHARC, tennis, pickleball, 9-hole disc golf, and the Sunriver Marina.

Perfect sunriver spot

This was an ideal rental for my family and friends. The kitchen was stocked and all of the furnishings comfortable and clean. Great location across from SHARC and not too far from main plaza. Would stay again I recommend

Wonderful weekend getaway!

We had a great weekend. The only issue was that we didn't stay longer! The property was clean and very comfortable. My teenagers loved the SHARC, so having the passes was a plus. We can't wait to go back!

We had a really nice stay and will be back

The unit was as described and perfect for our family of four. There was ample room to spread out and be away from others to read a book. The den with the fireplace was my favorite room. The deck was also nice. Looking forward to visiting again someday.

Perfect fit!

The property was great for our family! Our 4 children had plenty of room and we appreciated being able to have the primary bedroom downstairs and putting the kids upstairs. The location can’t be beat and the fully stocked kitchen and multiple TVs were a plus.

Great location, comfortable space

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved being able to easily walk or ride our bikes to the village and the SHARC. The unit was comfortable with plenty of room to spread out. We had a couple of small issues with tripping a breaker and then a question with the AC unit, but maintenance was there within minutes to help resolve the issues. Great experience and would rent again. Thanks!
