The Space:

Situated near a lagoon in the Island Club on Hilton Head, this family-friendly suite offers access to a shared pool and hot tub to help you relax. After spending hours roaming the beach and surrounding area, you can use your rental’s washer and dryer to prepare for your next big adventure.



Many available options will appeal to sports enthusiasts. On the grounds, there is a basketball court and a fishing lagoon. Guests can also try their luck on the tennis courts that are built on the landscape, and there is also a fitness center on-site, so you can keep up with your exercise routine while you're away from home.



This rental has a primary bedroom that's equipped with a 32-inch television and an en-suite bathroom features a shower and bath combination. In the second bedroom, you'll find two twin beds as well as another 32-inch TV. The bedrooms are near the fully equipped kitchen while the dining area gives everyone easy access to the deck, where you can see the nearby beach.

There are no elevators in the buildings.



The lap pool, kiddie pool, and tanning shelf will close on the evening of October 29, 2023, and re-plaster work begins on October 30. The hot tub will close on the evening of November 24. (Due to the re-plaster work, there may be times when the hot tub is not available.) All pools are scheduled to re-open on March 2, 2024 (date subject to change due to construction).



The heaters for both the lap and kiddie pools will stay on during the spring until the weather changes. The heaters will be turned back on in the fall, depending on the weather.

Spring Break Family Getaway

We have stayed in this unit before and it is always extremely clean and comfortable. I wish it were a little bit updated but the cleanliness makes up for that! The location and room layout of the condo is great, with plenty of storage space in the kitchen. We will book this condo again!

Quick stroll to the beach and pool. Options to fish on the property- catch and release. Looked for an elevator, didn’t spot one? May have missed that in notes when renting. Microwave needs to be replaced, made awful noises. Also, the sliding door needs to be repaired, latch did not work. It’s the sliding door with the twin beds. Condo was clean, neighbors were quiet, convenient multiple bathrooms and loved having a washer and dryer.

Hilton Head Paradise

We had a wonderful stay at Folly Field. The condo was spacious and comfortable with a great view of the lagoon and pool area. The beach was just a short walk down a pleasant sidewalk. I do have a few suggestions for management: 1. Have the carpets cleaned. We had our 10-month old grandson with us and his feet would turn super dirty from crawling around on the carpet, especially in the living room. 2. The dryer needs a new lint screen. The one there is all bent and torn and very unsafe. 3. Be sure your cleaning people are careful…there was a used face cloth in one of the bathrooms (hanging from the shower rod) upon arrival. 4. Last, have the “welcome packet” available at the check-in station where you have to stop for your parking pass upon arrival. We were never told where to go to get that and upon leaving, realized we had never gotten it and wondered if we had missed out on some of the features we would have enjoyed.

We have stayed here several times. The unit is dated and a bit dingy but a nice set up for our family of five. I appreciate that the bedrooms are on the top level. The three balcony’s are nice too.

Great Location

Nice condo with plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 teens. Very close to the pool and a short walk to the beach. Fun games for all ages at the beach entrance...tether ball, corn hole, playground, etc. We had a great time!

Excellent Place

We loved our week here, and would do it again in a heartbeat. This space allowed us to socially distance, make our own meals, and have easy access to the pool and beach. The amenities provided worked perfectly for us. Only recommendation would be to supply blackout curtains in the master bedroom as the sunrise is early and bright :-) Thank you for such a great stay!

Everything was great! It was perfect walking distance to the beach and a very clean property. The only problem was the hard mattress in the master bedroom.
