Con cubiertas fuera de la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal, los huéspedes que se alojen en Ocean One 521 disfrutan de vistas panorámicas del océano, la piscina frente al mar y el área de parrillas. El quinto piso condominio frente al mar tiene capacidad para 6 personas cómodamente con una cama king en el dormitorio principal, dos dobles en el dormitorio 2 y un sofá cama en la sala de estar. Después de horas de surf, los vacacionistas se enjuagan bajo la ducha al aire libre ubicada en el paseo privado de la playa del complejo y luego se sumergen en la piscina frente al mar. Perfect Getaway

This was the perfect condo and location. Clean, great location, easy access to pool, fire pits, and beach. Check in and out was so easy. Had a great time!

Beautiful Condo, Great Location

This was our first time to Hilton Head. The Condo and the beach were beautiful. Great location! Unfortunately, hurricane Debby showed up and we had to cut our trip short. We will definitely be back and try this again!

Great stay

First time visiting Hilton Head Island and it did not disappoint. While we didn’t spend much time on the beach, the view was amazing! We celebrated my husband’s 60th birthday bicycling the many paths, eating good food, visiting the lighthouse at Harbortown, and a friendly game of putt putt. We will be back.

Very nice! Super location. Beautiful grounds. Patio doors didn’t really lock and could be cleaner but I’m a stickler for the little details. Piled sheets and dust was present. We really enjoyed it and were shocked by all the wildlife, like the deer! Would definitely stay again.

Lovely Condo

Beautifully decorated! Very roomy and description was spot on! Bed in Master was sooooo comfortable!!! Great privacy from the 2nd bedroom/bath with this floor plan. The ONLY thing I didn’t care for was the balcony... don’t get me wrong we lived out there BUT there isn’t much privacy from the other balconies. If there were screen wall partitions or something like a room divider panel or even lattice... but I didn’t see any others with anything shielding so I bet it’s an ordinance code. I didn’t mind other people being on their balcony but you could hear every conversation. Still not the fault of the condo but just wanted to mention that in case someone wanted privacy on the balcony. We will definitely stay here again. Location was fabulous!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family loves Ocean One. We love working with Seashore Vacations. We have been coming to Ocean One for over 15 years. We have originally always stayed in condo 521. We have not in a few years. It is clean & accomodates our family. I just wish they would update alittle. Kitchen is older. Still uses keys for room when a keyless entry could be installed. And it costs the sam was some of the newer updated condos. It also seems that the pool closes atleast a day or more every time we are here for whatever reason. In 2017, you would think the pool would have a stronger pump system to deal with pool issues in a timely manner.

Reviewer Comments: The Condo was very nice, the management was wife and I were not well pleased with the extremely loud music coming from the hotel next door. From 12 noon to 10 PM. We had to keep our sliding door to the balcony closed and we would of liked to sit on the balcony. We asked them to turn the music down, but they did not.The bar scene and loud music ruled. Sorry.

It was close to restaurants and shopping. We met so many really nice people staying there or living there. We stayed in October so it wasn’t so busy but the weather was beautiful. The condo was well maintained. We had quick responses from the management company as well. Loved it.

Reviewer Comments: Great unit, well equipped with everything needed for the week, beautiful ocean view and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Everything worked well, beds were comfortable, bathrooms a little in the small side but we made it work. I’m kind of a clean freak so I feel like rentals are never clean enough for me but in general it was okay. Bathrooms and surfaces were clean. The building staff was super friendly and the grounds were well maintained. The pool ended up closing the last two days for repairs which was a bummer but they were working hard to get it fixed. Overall, I will stay on this unit again.

As soon as we walked into the unit we were speechless on how breathe taking the unit and the view of the beach/ocean was. The kitchen had everything we needed to make great meals for the days we were there, the unit was very clean, and the atmosphere was inviting. I'm already planning another trip and seashore vacation will most definitely have my business again.

Hilton Head

This was a well equipped property. Had everything you needed in the kitchen to cook a full meal. The kitchen was absolutely gorgeous, looks like nothing in the kitchen has ever been used before as far as the appliances. They did a really good job doing the upgrades on the condo. It looks like Everything was recently updated and brand new. The beds were extremely comfortable. We had no issues finding extra blankets, towels, sheets, pillows. We also were impressed with the views and The condo being in close proximity to a lot of park areas. It was also nice that the condo had a closet that was pretty much filled with beach supplies just in case you forgot anything. It’s always nice just to have extra access to items that you might have forgotten. Had zero issues checking in, had to leave early due to the hurricane that was headed our way. However, we did enjoy our stay.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in and check out process was confusing and cumbersome. They made you visit a secondary site to check in and receive a packet of promotional literature. There were no written instructions for check out which is very odd. The location was great and the facility was very nice. For the price I would expect better cleaning as it didn’t seem to have been swept or mopped and the comforters were covered in sand. The place could also use a good deep cleaning - baseboards and light switches were pretty nasty when we arrived.

However, We were disappointed by several things. There was a dampness and a mildew smell throughout the condo and especially on the sofa and chairs. We placed towels on the sofa so that the smell would not transfer to our clothes. Leaky AC vents.

Wonderful experience!

This was a beautiful property! We hesitated booking this condo because it was on the 1st floor but this ended up being one of our favorite features! We loved walking off the balcony to go to the beach or pool! We also loved all the bunnies that we got to see up close each morning and night! We would highly recommend this condo!!! We would have loved to have a key to the lock on the back deck!!
