Just a heads-up. There are exterior cameras facing the driveway, pool/grill area, and garage. These cameras are positioned outside the home and are not inside the property, monitoring or invading guests' privacy.



If the parking pass is lost, regardless of the situation, an additional charge will apply, as Palmetto Dunes is a very strict community when it comes to their policies.
