This rare find of a four bedroom/four bath 5th floor oceanfront condo all within walking distance to Hilton Head's famous Coligny Plaza will make your vacation one to remember. Ocean One has an ocean front pool and a gas grill area on-site and it's proximity to the famous Tiki Hut (next door) and Pope Avenue make it a very desirable vacation destination. Unit 507 has four bedrooms and great separation for larger groups or families that require extra space. The first level offers 3 bedrooms and 3 baths plus a fully equipped kitchen. King in the master, another king in BR 2 and 2 twins in BR 3. The 2nd level has a queen in BR 4 plus 2 twin beds as well as a sofa bed in the bonus room adjacent to the bedroom plus another full bath.

Wonderful condo! So many beds and so much space. Amazing view of the ocean from all the balconies. There were three. Close walk to coligny area. Nice pool too

While no place is perfect , the small handful of minor issues did not negatively impact our enjoyment of this beautiful property. Would absolutely recommend to friends.

A great long weekend at the beach

This condo was great and in a great location. They had everything we needed. It was comfortable for our family of 10. The large table was used often for board games. The parking was convenient to the elevator which was great for my dad with mobility issues. The second floor of the condo is accessed via a tight spiral staircase so the kids loved hanging out up there.

Girls Trip

Everything was really nice. The only thing that we had an issue was the place was not that clean. My Mom had a heart attack and I had to leave early but the other girls had a great time.

One unit had 2 bedrooms; the other had 3 bedrooms plus a loft. The 2 bedroom was a typical unit- the larger one was a huge hit with the grandkids staying in the loft - plus it was very spacious. I’d definitely try to get this unit again. Good location - north side of pool - we could hear the Tiki Bar band every night. Good balconies.

While its location is perfect and views are amazing, the unit is outdated, has weird smells, and mold. Family went through on the first day and sanitized what we could but didn't run the AC due to the mold on the air intake and vents. Master bedroom had very bad smell we could not locate the source of.

Great location, moldy and dated interior

Location is amazing for this place and maybe they are just riding that and forgetting to take care of the place. Upstair rooms had a lot of water damage and mold everywhere including the wall heaters and ac units so blowing mold everywhere. Messaged the property manager automated text message and emailed them as well with no response. Furniture was dated and had rips in it. Only one smart TV, half the others the cable didn’t work. Kitchen supplies are beat up and poor condition. Looks like this place has not been updated in 20-30 years. I wouldn’t be so hard if I had not paid a lot for it. It’s hard to pay over 4k for a place and it look the shape it was in. I guess they are just hoping you will get over it with how great the location is.

Great Customer Service

This is not a review on the property, rather it is a review on the company we went through to rent the property. About 1 week before our vacation the vacation company who rents out this unit found out this property was behind on the remodel and we were unable to rent it out for our vacation. They tried to give us two 2 bed condos to accommodate the 8 of us. However they were unaware that this was a vacation for a family that lives all throughout the US and that we wanted to spend time together. I explained this to the wonderful ladies in the office and they said that their company had no other u it’s that would accommodate 8 people but suggested I talk to the owner. The next day, I was able to talk with the owner, he asked for me to give him time to seek out a place using his connections on the islands. In no time, he was able to find us a nice house that accommodated all 8 of us. Not only did he get us a new place (that was not one of his managed properties), but he let us rent it at the original agreement. The new place was amazing and everything we were hoping for in a vacation rental. I would highly recommend any property that is owned/managed by Seashore Vacations.

Condo was extremely clean and well insulated as we were unable to hear people in the common areas when in the bedrooms. Amazing views from the balconies and kitchen was well stocked. Furniture is in much need of replacement and the staircase to go upstairs is very steep and narrow, but an amazing space as the bedroom has a door from the bonus area with the 2 twin beds. Would love to see it updated but would stay here again and would recommend to others.

The large living area, two tables inside, and two balconies(one with large table) were great for our party of 8. There were plenty of beach towels for our use and the kitchen had lots of storage space. The upstairs could use a refresh and the lighting in the living area was a little low. Seashore Vacations makes the process of checking in and out easy and the one issue we had was resolved in just a few minutes. This is our 5th year renting a condo in Ocean One through Seashore and look forward to next year.

We had a great time. The second level is accessible by a spiral staircase - which we did not realize until we got there but managed. But if you have older people or large luggage...maybe find a one story unit.

Pleasant for short visit

Our group of 8 enjoyed the roominess of the condo with all the bedrooms and bathrooms along with the location. The unit needs lots of updating. The carpet is dirty and there was mold upstairs which was disturbing. We had a great time but would not go back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was in a fabulous location and was a great size for our 2 families of 4 to share. We enjoyed the beach and pool. The condo association does a wonderful job of upkeeping the property. The unit itself needs some general maintenance. There was mold on the ceiling, dirty air conditioners, shower doors that didn't work well, refrigerator drawer that was broken and pantry shelf that kept falling. These items were reported to the rental company and they came out immediately to address some of the issues, but more repairs should be done. We would stay here again, however would really like to see some updating to the unit itself.
