Prime location in Building 1 closest to the boardwalk, just steps from the beach! Newly updated three bedroom, two bath condo with full kitchen, stackable laundry in unit, and private screened balcony. Big screen TV in living room plus tv's in each bedroom. Spectrum cable and free Wi-Fi included! Closet with board games and puzzles, beach stuff (beach cart, chairs, a few sand toys). Lots of resort amenities, including two outdoor pools, one heated indoor pool, kiddie pool and hot tub, sauna, tennis courts, pickleball court, sun deck, exercise room and indoor walking track. Bicycle rentals available onsite. Two on-site restaurants/bars with seasonal hours- poolside Island Deli and beachfront Coco's. Hilton Head Resort is centrally located mid-island for easy access to everything Hilton Head has to offer!

Location was great. Quick access to the beach and easy walk to the pool. Neat to see the gator in the pond behind the condos. Communication was fantastic! Supplies for the beach were an added bonus. Absolutely seamless process. Thanks for making it easy!

Annual 4th of July Vacation

Our family has been coming to Hilton Head Resort for the week of 4th of July for the past 6 years. We have stayed in many of the condos, but love being in building #1. The location of this specific property is the most convenient spot we have stayed in. The property is clean, everything works (ac, tvs, appliances) and the owners are very kind and responsive. We hope to stay in the property many more times!

Family Trip

Vicki was extremely prompt in responding to any questions. The corner unit and first floor was a great perk to the boardwalk to the beach. Many kitchen essentials were available which helped with cooking for our family. We had a great family trip!

Perfect little location off the beach

This was a great little place to stay with a very easily accessible host. My kids enjoyed the pools and the beach volleyball court. The boardwalk to the beach is beautiful!

What a gem!

This place was so great! The unit itself was clean, well stocked, comfortable beds etc....and the resort is very well-kept. Its an older resort but pools are pristine, grounds so nice, tennis and pickleball courts great, hot tub clean, good bike storage, shuttle to beach and the beach is very nice too. Its a long walk but you can do it. Overall 5 stars!!!

Amazing HHI Vacation!

The location of this property is amazing. Waking up every morning watching the sunrise from the screened in porch to the short walk to the boardwalk and beach. This truly felt like a home away from home. Vickie was an amazing host who answered all of our questions. Everyone had their own space while at the same time, the comfortable family room made it possible to wind down watching a family movie after a Long Beach day. The unit was clean, comfortable and provided us everything we needed. My only complaint was that we couldn’t stay longer! We will definitely be searching this listing in the future!

Loved the condo. Daughter Vicky who was responding for Charles was very responsive. We had difficulty as the code wouldn’t open the keyless door lock….Vicky directed us to access the key. Tremendously helpful.The condo is comfortably furnished & the kitchen has everything you need.We would return here on next HH visit.

Home away from home

Perfect Thanksgiving getaway. Kids were overwhelmed with so much to do, good weather or bad. Incredibly well equipped condo and the kitchen had every pot, pan and accessory one could ever need for putting together a Thanksgiving meal. Short walk to the lovely beach. Hosts made everything easy with detailed instructions and tips. We look forward to returning soon!

Great location and amenities

My family has stayed at Hilton Head Resort for 10 of the last 12 years. This unit is by far the best equipped with supplies!! This was our first year staying in a 3 bedroom unit and the first time we had an in-unit washer and dryer. What a game changer the W/D was!!! When we arrived the AC wasn't working, but the owner was able to find another unit (in another building) for us to stay at until the AC was up and running (Sat afternoon-Tues afternoon). The remaining days in this unit were great! We had plenty of seating in the living room and dining area. Definitely will be back to Unit 1107 at Hilton Head Resort!

Extremely clean condo and great location

The unit was perfectly clean when we arrived. The owner was extremely helpful providing everything we needed for an easy check-in. The location was perfect with a short walk to the beach and the beach is beautiful.

Wonderful Accommodations

This rental will not disappoint! Everything is exactly as advertised and the unit had everything a group of 4 adults and 2 young children needed. Plenty of space! Just for others to be aware the walk to the beach was not difficult for us just pack modestly and use a beach cart. A golf cart shuttle to the beach is available with a fairly accommodating schedule and if we had older members of our group or others that needed assistance we would have used it. Also the indoor pool is perfectly fine but don’t expect to be able to entertain young kids there for a week straight of cold or bad weather. Luckily we had good weather over Easter break.

Getaway

This was a wonderful place to meet up with our daughter and family. We live in Ohio and they live in Georgia. The only surprise was the .3 mile walk to the beach via the boardwalk. We were glad to be in building 1 but it still was a hike. Thankful for the beach supplies available to us.

Nice stay

Nice condo that has pretty much all you need. There is only one elevator that we could find and it is at the opposite side of the building which is kind of inconvenient and the boardwalk is fatiguingly long. The condo is updated but the building isn’t. Really pleasant owners and good communication. The washer and dryer in the condo is really convenient and the refrigerator is a good size and can hold a lot of groceries for your stay. My biggest note is to pack light for the beach. There is a shuttle for the boardwalk but it only runs at certain points through the day and there are usually many people waiting so if you have stuff to take to the beach you will be walking.
