The Space:

Beach lovers will find their bliss at this 3BR/2BA villa at the fabulous Hilton Head Resort. Enjoy access to a host of fabulous on-site amenities, including a year-round indoor pool, two seasonal outdoor swimming pools, a sauna, gym, indoor jogging track, hot tub, and tennis courts.



Take the private boardwalk to the beach or grab a ride on the free shuttle (open seasonally May through Oct). Take a short walk to Coco's on the Beach.



LIVING AREAS



Relax in comfort at your coastal retreat. Stretch out on a large sectional couch in the open living area. A plush armchair provides extra seating, and a 42' flat-screen TV is perfect for group movie nights.



KITCHEN & DINING



The well-equipped and contemporary kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, glossy black cabinetry, and sparkling granite countertops. Start the day with your favorite coffee from the Keurig machine.



When it's time to eat, gather at the wood dining table set for six.



BEDROOMS & BATHS



Both the master bedroom and second bedroom have a comfy queen-size bed and a 32' flat-screen TV. The master bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.



A third guest room features a pair of twin beds and a 32' flat-screen TV, and a second bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.



EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS



Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, and an in-unit washer/dryer. Handy extras include beach chairs, board games, toys, an umbrella, as well as a bag and blanket.



Unassigned parking is provided for two vehicles in the open lot.

Numerous local attractions are within a 10-minute drive. Play miniature golf at Pirate's Island, enjoy an aerial adventure at Zipline Hilton Head, or explore the array of indoor and outdoor exhibits at Coastal Discovery Museum.



The iconic Harbour Town Lighthouse (15-minute drive) is worth a special visit. After joining the fascinating lighthouse tour, head to the summit for wonderful views across Hilton Head.



Visit the shops and restaurants at the popular Coligny Plaza -- an 8-minute drive away.

Overall great apartment. Comfortable beds, supplies to start the week were great, lots of utensils in the kitchen, games in the closet and beach supplies and so easy to check in and check out.

Good location, well-equipped villa.

We enjoyed our stay in the villa. The location was great. We liked the boardwalk to the beach and enjoyed drinks at Coco's on the beach. The villa was well equipped. We had some rainy days, so we were glad of the selection of board games in the closet. Very comfortable for our family.

Nice location The walk to the beach with all of your gear can be a little much. The shuttle they advertised is just a golf cart and that holds three people.

Clean and cozy.

Overall we really liked the place. Pros: clean and cozy, beachy feel. plenty of supplies like games, tennis rackets, kitchen supplies, beach gear. The tennis courts, restaurants were very nice to have on site. Beds, couch were comfy. Great water pressure (which is a big plus for us). Boardwalk and ocean were great!Cons: outdoor pools not heated, so despite beautiful weather in March, only indoor pool was swimable. The condo has alot of decor which is nice, but made it difficult to find places to put our own things....and also, worry about kids knocking stuff over. Balcony faces busy road.

Awesome weekend in HHI

This property was perfect for us- in fact, it was probably the best vacation rental type property we've stayed in. While somewhat compact, the unit was well appointed with EVERYTHING you'd need. The unit was well furnished and tastefully decorated. We were a short walk away from the beach/ocean and the complex even provided a shuttle for those who can't make the walk. I would stay here again! Check in and check out were simple although the industry standard 4:00 pm check in and 10:00 am check out shortens a weekend, that's not the owner's fault. There are plenty of luggage carts available for guests' use. The one and only negative would be the slow elevator but that's nitpicking. For our grandchildren, there were beach toys, movies, puzzles, games, and stuffed animals. Our 18 month grandson loved the stuffed whale and shark :) All in all, it was a great stay!!!

The condo is beautifully decorated. Location is great, walking distance to the beach I Suggest including in the info that It’s stocked with beach towels, chairs, umbrella and a wagon, all great amenities. The only problem we had was with the housekeeping; it was not clean when we first arrived. There were crumbs in the fridge, sand on the floor, hair in the bathroom, and rugs didn’t appear clean. We notified Vacasa and we’re given a credit for us doing a good cleaning. There were only toiletries in one bathroom, and we didn’t get any more until our second to last day there. Surprised the resort doesn’t have any recycling canisters, this is important.

All I could ask for and more

This condo supplied everything we needed for our spring break beach getaway with our young children. From Yeti tumblers to bandaids, it had it all! We experienced a smooth check-in and a comfortable stay. The tennis courts, pools and beach access were all within close proximity. We had an enjoyable stay!

Perfect getaway

The property was incredibly clean and check-in and out was a breeze. Lots of beach toys and kitchen supplies so no need to bring anything from home. Highly recommend!

Beds were great, there were so many extras... games, tennis rackets, beach equipment- above and beyond. When we arrived it was not cleaned yet but the manager got someone on it asap and offered to reimburse us our meal for that day. We didn't mind, we went and played a round of golf and came back to a clean place.

Very cute

This unit is very clean, and the decor is updated with nice granite counter tops. I loved that the owners had added some holiday details as well. We enjoyed the walk to the beach but if you have little ones with you I would be sure to bring a wagon :) The sauna was awesome. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay once again at the Hilton Head Resort

My wife and I were truely inspired at the extent of the efforts to decorate the condo. Every detail appeared to have been well planned. I found the tv remote confusing. I never did figure out how to use one of the remotes. A blackout blind would be nice for the room next to the hall because of the hall light. The shower off the hallway hase a noisy drip Otherwise everything seems to work well. The indoor pool was a pluse for me, as I swam every morining. We definitely did enjoy the facility and I'm sure will be back sometime.
