Welcome to your luxury Lee’s Summit getaway—a high-end 4-bedroom, 3-bath home designed for comfortable group stays with a true “vacation mode” backyard. Each bedroom has its own Roku TV, ready for you to log in with your credentials.

Inside, you’ll find upscale finishes, a beautiful kitchen for cooking and gathering, and six smart TVs for easy downtime. Outside, enjoy a screened-in porch, a grill for cookouts, and a private pool + hot tub setup that makes this home feel like a personal resort.

Sleeping for up to 10: four bedrooms feature King beds, plus an elevated Queen air mattress that’s best set up in the downstairs living room (open-area sleeping). The bedrooms have ceiling fans and walk-in closets.


I am available seven days a week from 8 am to 9 pm. I do my best to respond within minutes. Occasionally, it takes longer.

For transparency: the owner lives on the property in a separate building behind the pool. The home and amenities are set up for guest privacy, and the pool is for guest use.

If you’re in the mood to explore, Downtown Lee’s Summit is a fun stop for coffee, local restaurants, and boutique shopping. If you’d rather keep it low-key, you’ll find plenty of parks and trails around town that are perfect for a morning walk or an afternoon outside.

And when you want bigger-city plans, you’re close enough to enjoy Kansas City for dining, events, and attractions—then come back to a quieter place to unwind.

The entire home, porch, pool, hot tub, grill, and backyard are at your disposal. The only items that are off limits are the garage, the locked room in the basement (owner storage), and the building behind the pool, where the owner lives.

This home is set up to make group trips feel easy—plenty of room to spread out, and plenty of spots to come together.

You’ll have a high-end kitchen with beautiful finishes for meals at home, plus comfortable living spaces for movie nights and relaxing after a day out. Step onto the screened-in porch for morning coffee or an evening wind-down, and fire up the grill when you want to keep dinner simple.

And with multiple smart TVs throughout the home, everyone can stream their favorites without fighting over the remote.

Lee’s Summit is one of the Kansas City area’s most popular suburbs—known for clean, safe-feeling neighborhoods, great local dining, and easy access to both outdoor recreation and downtown Kansas City.

Getting around -
A car is recommended for getting around Lee’s Summit and the KC metro. Rideshare is typically available.

The pool is private and exclusive to guests. It’s typically open mid-April through mid-September (weather dependent). If you’d like the pool heated, we’re happy to do that for an $80 pool heat fee—just make sure you request it at least 4 days before arrival so we can have everything ready for you.

Because Lee’s Summit has a strict noise ordinance (and we work hard to keep great neighbor relationships), we have a firm no swimming after 9:30 PM rule.

The home sits on nearly 1 full acre with a 6' privacy fence. Serenity and privacy abound.

No food in the hot tub or pool. No chairs or glass in the pool - No exceptions.

Pool maintenance occurs on Monday and Thursday mornings. Hot tub maintenance every other Thursday afternoon.

The hot tub is also private for guest use, and it must be enjoyed between 9:00 AM and 9:30 PM.
