Once you enter you will be taken away by the magical beach views! The main window in the living room is one of the biggest windows you will ever see and has the most stunning views! On both sides of this window lie two other windows giving you amazing views from the living room, dinning room and kitchen! We provide all your beach gear including but not limited to tons of Tommy Bahama beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, cooler and more. We also provide almost every amenity you may need so just pack your clothes and come on down! Loaded with tons of beach decor to get you in that island mood!
The upstairs portion of the unit features a wide open living room with a 55 inch Roku TV with cable, a pull out couch, a dinning room and a fully stocked kitchen with immaculate views of the Gulf of Mexico! Upstairs is also the master bedroom with a premium King mattress another 55 inch Roku TV with cable and the main bathroom. Downstairs is another bedroom featuring two sets of bunk beds one a twin over twin and the other a twin over a queen bed. This bedroom also has a Roku TV with cable as well as an en suite bathroom. The living room also has a full size sleeper sofa.
This brand new completely remodelled two bedroom, two bathroom, two story rental is located 10 steps from the beach and has direct views of the Gulf of Mexico and Clearwater Beach! It is literally located on the best block in Clearwater Beach as you are walking distance to everything yet located on a quiet street where you can enjoy a peaceful nights rest! It is located on the second and first floor of a small two story building with six total vacation rentals. The building is the second house from the beach. The downstairs has an outside area with a shared patio with a brand new Weber grill and lounge chairs!
Our goal is to not only make your stay as enjoyable as possible, but to also make it as easy as possible. Therefore, we fully stock the unit with all your beach necessities including but not limited to, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, and a cooler. We also provide local organic coffee, organic sugar and organic tea, plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, towels, a blender, pots, pans, spices, board games, and much more.
We try to be as mindful and Eco friendly as possible when we set up our units. Our local coffee provided is made from Organic coffee beans, our hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and dish soap are all made from simple ingredients. We also provided a homemade non toxic all purpose spray to help keep it chemical free. Need more space or travelling with friends or family? Rent one of the other five units in the building we have for rent.
Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the whole unit and a shared patio outside with a brand new Weber grill, lounge chairs and Adirondack chairs. The front door is equipped with a private coded keypad, making checking in a breeze.
The Neighborhood:
Located on a quiet road on Clearwater Beach, one house from the beach, less than 10 steps to the beach and located walking distance to everything!
Getting Around:
So many restaurants, bars, shops are all within walking distance, some you can even walk the beach to! The marina and Peir 60 are also within walking distance. However, if you don't feel like walking. Take advantage of the Jolly Trolly available which you can take all the way down to St Pete Beach or north to Honeymoon island, an all day pass on the trolly costs around $5 a person.
Other Things to Note:
We do provide one reserved parking spot. Although, once you park your car you will probably not need it again. As you are practically walking distance to everything in town including many great restaurants, bars, shops, the marina and Pier 60. A rental car is definitely not necessary.
Interaction with Guests:
We live a few miles down the road if we are ever needed. Typically, we do not interact with the guests throughout their stay unless we are needed for absolutely anything or guests would like to meet us, we are always more than happy to talk/meet with our guests.
