Workout: Break a sweat in our dedicated workout area which features a Schwinn IC4 bike (connect to your favorite workout app via Bluetooth), yoga mat and resistance bands.
LIABILITY & SAFETY WAIVER By using the exercise equipment provided, the guest voluntarily assumes all risks of injury or physical harm. The guest agrees to hold the Host and Management harmless from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of the use of the equipment. Keep children and pets away from moving parts. Guest access Guest will be able to self-checkin using the smart lock on either the main or the kitchen entrance. You'll have full and private access to the entire main level of the home, including both bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living and outdoor areas. There is a basement in the property with a washer and dyer. Access is provided to this amenity upon request, however the remainder of the of the the (empty) basement will secured by a locked door.
Other things to note Electric Vehicle Charging: We have a Tesla Charger and plug which is available for you to use. You will need to use the side drive to be able to charger your vehicle. Additional details will be provided in the check-in details.
Pest Control: We provide regular, professional preventative treatments to keep the home pristine. As we are in a leafy area, you may occasionally see a stray local critter, but our service ensures the interior remains a clean, comfortable retreat.
A Note on the City Vibe: Being perfectly positioned "Inside the Perimeter" means you are close to the action! Please note that our home is located near train tracks and the vibrant Pace Walsh Field. While the home is well-insulated, you may occasionally hear the distant sound of a passing train or the cheers from a weekend ballgame. Most guests find this adds to the authentic Atlanta charm, but we want to ensure our guests are aware before booking.
NOTE: There is a basement in the property with a washer and dyer and a dedicated workout area. Access is provided to these amenities, however the remainder of the of the (unoccupied) basement will secured by a locked door.
Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00AM. This property uses a Minut noise sensor to monitor decibel levels (no audio is recorded).
No Parties or Events: We have a strict no-party policy. Disruptive gatherings or loud music will result in immediate cancellation without a refund.
This is a 100% smoke-free home. If any evidence of smoking is found inside the property, a $500 professional deep-cleaning fee will be charged.
