Condo needs to be updated, but it’s comfortable and perfect size for 4 adults. It’s also very close to the pool.

Great stay, no complaints really besides the area where the carpet meets the bathroom floor in the master needs replaced. There are sharp nails exposed that hurt to step on. Pillows are perfect, unlike most places with flat no good pillows.

fantastic place to stay with friends or family...pool, hot tub, pond full of many fishes and wildlife, hot tub, barbecue..and we rented bikes around the entire island and lived to talk about it

Amazing weekend getaway

We had a really great time @ the Seaside resort. Room was perfect & the location really worked for us - we rented golf carts & it was 10-15 min ride to Duval! 5 minute ride to Smathers Beach! Will definitely stay here again!
