The view from the balcony is spectacular! The condo had everything we needed for a great vacation. Any issues or questions we had were addressed promptly. Kirk was amazing & very helpful with recommendations & great source for local knowledge!

Nice Condo and facility

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Three adult senior couples. Nice 3 bedroom condo. Well equipped. kitchen and extras. Facility, pool, grills clean and very nice. great location with Atlantic ocean view. Very close to airport. Unit was very clean. Could use some updates like the master bath. You can see that the owners are slowly getting the upgrades done as 2nd bath already redone.

Walking into the condo and seeing that view, we knew we were in for a treat. The kitchen had everything you need. The entire place was adequately clean. Bonus having a washer/dryer. Balcony was roomy and we spent most mornings out there. So relaxng. Pool/hot tub were awesome! Met so many woderful people while floating in the pool. We will stay here again!

Wonderful layout, comfortable with an outstanding view of Palm trees and the beach!Kitchen had a great selection of appliances that allowed us to prepare our favorite drink drinks and dishes. The queen mattress was the only disappointment, very uncomfortable and needs a replacement.

The place was great - had most everything we needed. Location was ideal across the street from the beach. Pool and tennis court were both great.

Wonderful View and Location

Check in was a breeze. Close to the airport, took a cab and then rented bikes for the week. The view from the balcony was second to none. Short bike ride to anywhere. The rooms were clean and the kitchen was well supplied. The kitchen and guest bathroom shower were all new. TV in every room. Gated resort.

The community was beautiful and well maintained and the pool was refreshing and fun. Our accomodations were extremely clean, with a nice cold AC, and a beautiful view of the water. We will be back to stay in this location in the future!

Generally a fairly nice place. Rather far from downtown, but we knew that. The beach across the street was very nice and pretty easy to get to. The condo complex is a bit worn, but mostly fine. The room was mostly clean but master bathroom seemed dingy and maybe not cleaned well. Beds were pretty comfortable, but living room furniture is showing its age. Some areas have been updated - kitchen is pretty nice and the shared bathroom is modern. The master bathroom is in dore need of an update. No bath soap provided - just a few small bottles of shampoo and conditioner.Overall, not bad, but probably wouldn't stay there again for the price.

We ate at too many places to name and not a bad one in the bunch.I recomend harpoon Harrys for breakfast.Please take a sunset cruise its worth it. Didn't do any snorkling water was all churned up from HELENE

We were not told the elevator was going out of service for over our stay. We are all senior citizens in our mid to late seventies and luckily not handicapped, but it made it very difficult for some to go out more than once a day. No way to spend a vacation mobility-wise. MAKE SURE you talk with the rental office before flying down and make sure they are not doing work on the property near you and be sure you don’t have to walk up several flights with groceries if you rent a an upper unit. The noise of the construction team with their drills and banging made it impossible to enjoy the nice surroundings for many hours during the day. On a positive note, the unit was very nice, clean and had a well stocked kitchen. It is well secured. Pool was quiet and nice and you can walk to the Beach across the street.

Great location and beautiful views. Easy check in process and the place had lots of amenities - especially in the kitchen. The residents of La Brisa that we met at the pool were so friendly and gave us great tips on restaurants and places to explore.You don't need to publish the information below. I tried to send this feedback directly but once you check out, the access to the host is no longer available.I would suggest that you list what amenities that you provide like the 6 beach chairs that we found in the closet or extra towels, pool noodles, etc. They were a nice touch and it would've been great to have known ahead of time.Two issues:1. The bathtub in the primary bedroom was very slippery and we slipped and fell a few times. I am hoping "no slip" mats or grips could be added for safety.2. The elevator being down for construction made for things being difficult at check in and check out. Carrying 50lb suitcases up 4 flights of stairs plus groceries for a week made for things not being so easy and relaxing.

Reviewer Comments: LOVED IT.....BUT IT IS LIKELY THE LAST YOU AREINCREASEING THE RENT ABOUT 80% NEXT YEAR FROM WHERE IT WASTHIS YEAR. THAT IS LITERALLY INSULTING. YOU SHOULD HAVE DONE IT GRADUALLY TO ELIMINATE STICKER SHOCK.
