Guests will have full access to the private apartment as well as the building’s shared amenities, including lounges, co-working spaces, social areas, and rooftop features (subject to availability and building rules). The building offers a 24-hour front desk and controlled access for added security.
As required by building management, guests must submit a photo of their government-issued ID and the full names of all occupants prior to arrival. Upon arrival, guests will check in with the front desk for identity verification and elevator access, and a self check-in code for the apartment will be sent to the primary guest in advance. All guests must be 18 years of age or older, and any minors must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian at all times.
Valet parking may be available at the building at its own rates. Additional nearby parking options may also be available depending on availability.
Check-in: Starts at 3 PM and is available 24 hours, as long as you complete your pre-registration in advance by 9 PM.
Check-out: Before 10 AM A $100 late check-out fee applies for departures after 10 AM, as additional time is required to prepare the property for the next guest.
Please note that while amenities are generally available, some features may still be in progress or temporarily unavailable as the building continues to finalize operations. These are managed by the building administration and are outside the host’s control. The Downtown Miami area is rapidly evolving, and nearby construction activity or occasional road closures may be visible.
Bathroom Policy: The building has sensitive plumbing. Do not flush wipes, including flushable wipes, paper towels, hygiene products, or trash. Guests are responsible for any plumbing costs resulting from misuse.
