Unfortunately, my experience hosting these two guests was extremely disappointing. From the first day, they complained incessantly about minor details such as the furniture and falsely claimed that the swimming pool was “unusable,” even though it was in perfect working condition and used by other guests during their stay. On their second day, they attempted to move the kitchen’s gas cylinder on their own, despite clear instructions not to do so. This reckless action damaged the hose and caused a gas leak. I immediately replaced the entire stove the next morning and, in good faith, even invited them to dinner as a gesture of goodwill — which they accepted without any thanks or acknowledgment. Their behavior toward others was equally unacceptable. They verbally abused reception staff at a nearby hotel after returning a rental car several days late, refused to pay the difference, and used foul language toward the staff. The situation escalated to the point where the police had to be called. These guests were rude, dishonest, and difficult to deal with throughout their stay. I would strongly advise other hosts not to accept a booking from them.
