Four Seasons 4-41 - Großenbrode

Welcome to the "Strandhafer" vacation rental—Apartment 41 in Building 4 of the Vier Jahreszeiten!

This 49-square-meter apartment is located on the 3rd—and top—floor of the building, right on the new South Beach promenade, and was extensively modernized in 2019.
In the entryway, you’ll be greeted by the fresh-looking coat closet area: a large mirror, a bench with storage, and a coat rack are ready to hold your jackets and shoes.

The bright living area, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows facing the sea, is furnished with a cozy two-seater sleeper sofa, two armchairs, a TV, a compact stereo system, and much more. In the dining area, a large dining table seats up to four people.
From the living room, you can step out onto the furnished, sunny south-facing balcony with an unbeatable, front-row view of the ocean. If it gets too sunny, an awning provides protection from excessive heat.

In the airy bedroom, you’ll find a cozy double bed (140 × 200 cm), as well as a dresser, a clothes rod, and another TV. The large window is fitted with a pleated blind.

The modern built-in kitchen offers a full range of appliances for preparing and enjoying your vacation meals. A large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop, and an oven provide the same comforts you’re used to at home, even while on vacation.

In the convenient storage room, you’ll find frequently used appliances and supplies such as a vacuum cleaner, clothes drying rack, iron and ironing board, step stool, umbrella, and anything else you might need.

The bathroom has also been modernized: The shower features a comfortable, low-step entry and a high-quality glass shower enclosure. The large illuminated mirror, two electrical outlets, electric ventilation, a hair dryer, and a heated towel rack round out the shower room’s amenities.

Complex:

The "Vier Jahreszeiten" vacation complex comprises 6 different buildings ranging from 3 to 8 stories tall—just a stone’s throw from the white, fine-sand South Beach. These feature 1- to 3-room apartments ranging from approximately 35 to 50 square meters.
The buildings in the complex are located directly on the newly built promenade, whose wooden walkways lead through the dunes to cozy seating areas. Restaurants, shops, and recreational activities are within walking distance along the promenade.
In Buildings 1, 2, and 3 (NOT IN BUILDINGS 4, 5, AND 6), there are 2 elevators in each building and a laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers (available for a fee). The dryers and washing machines are available for use by all guests at the complex.
A large parking lot with a barrier system across from the buildings provides one free, unassigned parking space for each residential unit.
