This cozy, high-quality apartment was completely renovated in 2021/2022 and leaves almost nothing to be desired.
In the combined living, dining, and kitchen area, you’ll find a fully equipped built-in kitchen with an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, and a Tassino machine. There is also a small wine cabinet available.
The round dining table seats four people and can be extended. An electric fireplace on the wall creates a cozy atmosphere.
The living room is equipped with a large flat-screen TV, a stereo system, a sleeper sofa (approx. 140x200 cm), and a comfortable wingback chair.
In the bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable box-spring bed (approx. 180x200 cm), a flat-screen TV, and a large wardrobe with a mirror. Two windows offer a view of the Fehmarn Sound Bridge.
The bathroom features a low-profile shower pan and a rain showerhead, a heated towel rack, an electric ventilation system, an illuminated mirror with Bluetooth, and a hair dryer.
On the balcony overlooking the sea, you can relax on comfortable lounge furniture.
Free Wi-Fi is available, as well as a parking space in the shared parking lot. If you’re dreaming of gently sloping beaches, glowing sunsets, and relaxation for the whole family—then come to Großenbrode on the Fehmarn Sound. The wide, sandy Baltic Sea beach is perfect for digging in the sand and building sandcastles. Little water lovers and swimming enthusiasts can splash around to their heart’s content in the shallow waters of the Baltic Sea. Nearby, you’ll find shopping, playgrounds, restaurants, and a variety of recreational activities. Großenbrode has its own train station. The island of Fehmarn is only about 4 km from Großenbrode, and the city of Heiligenhafen on the Wader River (about 10 km away) also invites you to visit. Here, in addition to the traditional fishing port, you’ll find one of Germany’s largest and most modern marinas, a pier over 500 meters long, and a kilometer-long swimming beach.
