The Space:

Once inside Summer Vibes, you enjoy the soaring ceilings and open living space. The balcony breezes are breathtakingly calming and relaxing. The living area has a beautiful cream-colored couch; coffee table and credenza with an LED flat-screen television. The expansive kitchen has a large granite island with seating for six. Enjoy additional seating at the dining table. This lovely, stocked home offers a wine fridge; dishwasher; ice maker and much more!



The Master bedroom offers a plush king-size bed with designer bedside tables; a chair & lamps; a screen TV; a full-size closet and a private ensuite bath. The two additional guest bedrooms both offer comfy king-size beds: designer side tables and a flat-screen TV. The spacious bunk bedroom has a twin over full, with a pull-out full trundle bed. It also has a flat-screen TV! The hall bathroom is a full bath.



Enjoy the outdoor courtyard area with ample seating. When needing a break from the fun in the sun, enjoy the “Summer Vibes” with our in-house game room! Fully equipped with a pool table, ping pong, shuffleboard, and karaoke. Get your groove on and dance the night away in our 70’s style themed game room complete with disco ball or give your best shot singing your favorite tunes on the karaoke corner! Kids and adults alike can play board games and enjoy their favorite sports teams or shows while kicking back in this fun-filled room! This electric dazzling game room is the perfect backdrop to creating memories to last a lifetime!! Take in the Ocean Breezes during the summer nights.



Soak up the sun by the popular shared pool or adult-only (heated during the winter months), or rent a golf cart and drive over the boardwalk to the beach or take into town near Port A's lively activities. With its idyllic location at Sunflower Beach Resort, you can enjoy the surroundings of everything the Texas Coast has to offer. Port Aransas and Sunflower Beach Resort are all developing areas, and you will encounter construction during your stay.
