* Starter Supplies: We provide a starter kit of essentials to get you settled in, including a roll of toilet paper per bathroom, paper towels, soap, shampoo, dish soap, and trash bags. For longer stays, you may need to purchase additional supplies.

* First Floor Convenience: The condo is located on the first floor, with easy access via elevators.

* Parking Restrictions: Per Tilghman Beach & Racquet Club HOA guidelines, trailers, motorcycles, golf carts, and oversized vehicles are not permitted in the parking area.

* Rental Agreement & Damage Protection: To finalize your reservation, you must complete our required rental agreement within one hour of booking. This includes a mandatory, non-refundable $55 damage protection fee, which covers you for up to $1,000 in accidental damages. No security deposit is required.

Quiet Hours:
10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (Please respect neighbors and resort guests)

No Smoking or Vaping:
Inside the condo or on the balcony. A fee will apply for violations.

No Pets:
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed per resort policy.

No Parties or Events:
This condo is for registered guests only.

Maximum Occupancy:
Follow listed guest limits for comfort and safety.

Pool & Amenity Access:
Only registered guests may use resort amenities. Wristbands must be worn if required by the resort.

Parking:
Park only in designated resort areas. Parking passes must be visible at all times.

Cleanliness:
Please leave the property in a tidy condition. Excessive mess or unreported damage may result in additional cleaning fees.

Security:
Ensure doors are locked when leaving the condo. Report any issues immediately.
