Our beautiful villa features an ocean view and is just a short 200 steps from the majestic Atlantic.  Take advantage of sunny days and have your toes in the sand in minutes with our direct beach access and ideal location along a gorgeous stretch of beach.  

There is an oceanfront arcade and Buoy`s restaurant just two blocks away to the south and top-rated Coconuts grill on the oceanfront a short stroll to the north for you to enjoy a good time and great food!  

There are two pools and hot tubs on site for a refreshing retreat, and there are sun loungers pool side to relax.  Our resort also has shower stations to make coming and going from the beach a breeze, and parking is free and conveniently located under our villa.

Our villa has plenty of space for everyone, with an open floor plan and sleeping options for up to 10 guests including 2 king beds, a full bed, 2 single beds, and even a sleeper sofa.  Bedrooms all feature flat screen TVs and also there are ceiling fans for that perfect retreat after a great day in town or on the beach!  

Stay connected as much or as little as you like with our free wifi wireless internet for your stay.  

The fully appointed kitchen is suitable to cook full meals and our in-unit washer and dryer offers even more convenience for your beach getaway.

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.
1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.
2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.
3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.
4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.
5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.
6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
