Mountain View Log Cabin, Game Room, Dog Friendly

First, we want to thank you for staying with us. I am sorry that you didn't feel your stay was what you had hoped. I would like to address each item you mentioned. The spiders, I'm assuming you are referring to, were on the porches. We did clear them right before yall arrived but the cabin is in the mountains and this is the time of year for spiders to be in full bloom and in their natural habitat. Spiders are fabulous creatures that come back within hours of knocking down their webs and rebuild them just as large and beautiful. I don't think you made mention of anything inside the house to us so I can only assume you are referring to the ones I just discussed. As for the game tables, I did let you know before your arrival that we were in the process of working on the foosball table and thought we had it repaired. Unfortunately, that didn't hold, and I do apologize for that. I hope you were able to still use the pool table and air hockey table, as well as the other games available in the game room. Finally, the lightbulbs in the showers. Again, I do apologize. Our timing to come out and replace those didn't work, as I didn't want to send someone to replace them without your consent. By the time you saw my messages, it was late in the evening. We were very willing and able to come throughout the entire day and early evening to replace those, but I would never enter the property without your knowledge. I do thank you for your comments, and we will learn from them.

We did appreciate you letting us know about the bees while you were there so that we could come out and take care of them while you were there. Having a log cabin, the carpenter bees are inevitable at different times of the year. We do spray and treat for them as much as possible. I'm sorry that they were there during your stay.
