The apartment is located on the 7th floor with a balcony overlooking the pool. The bedroom features a double bed with a high-quality mattress and linens. The living room features a sofa bed (suitable for 1-2 adults or children), a dining area, and two TVs (one in the living room and one in the bedroom).

A fully equipped kitchen for everyday cooking includes an induction cooktop, crockery and cutlery, frying pans, pots, a toaster, an electric kettle, a juicer, and a capsule coffee machine.
For longer stays, a washing machine, iron, and ironing board are available.
The bathroom includes a hairdryer and basic toiletries.
There is a safe for documents and valuables.
