Immerse yourself in the perfect blend of coastal beauty and convenience, with easy access to the renowned Aventura Mall, Shops at Bal Harbour, and Gulfstream Park, all just minutes away.



Our property features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, providing comfortable accommodation for up to six people.

The first bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a relaxing tub, while the second room offers two full-size beds. The second bathroom features a refreshing shower.

For additional sleeping space, there is a double sofa bed in the living room.



The fully equipped kitchen ensures that you have everything you need, including cookware, kitchen utensils, a cooking hob, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer, and a coffee maker.

We also provide towels, bed linen, an ironing board, a washing machine, and a dryer. Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi internet throughout the unit.

To streamline the check-in process, we kindly request that you provide the full names of all guests promptly upon submitting your reservation request. Please note that the minimum age for check-in is 21 years old.

To cover incidentals, the hotel will place a deposit hold on your credit card at the following rates:



Stays of 1-6 days: $110 per night

Stays of 7-29 days: $55 per night

Stays of 30+ days: $30 per night

7-29 days: $22.50 per day + tax

30+ days: $15.00 per day + tax



For valet parking, the rates are as follows:

30+ days: $280.00 + Tax





To avoid any additional charges, please ensure that you check out by 11 am. In the event of a late check-out after 11 am, a determined fee will be applied. Should you require a late check-out, please consult with us in advance to reserve the unit accordingly.
