DINA is a new (2016), stylishly furnished ground-floor vacation apartment located right near the Zwillingsmühlen and the romantic crab boat harbor. Shops and restaurants are just a few minutes’ walk away.

This non-smoking apartment features a chic living/dining area with a flat-screen TV. The high-quality kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, egg cooker, electric kettle, toaster, and much more. For guests who’d like to enjoy some East Frisian coziness with a cup of tea, a complete tea set is provided.

There are two cozy bedrooms: one with a box-spring double bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m) and one with two single beds (0.90 m x 2.00 m); the latter also features a second LED TV. The bedrooms feature electric exterior blinds as well as pleated blinds. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower. There is also a separate toilet.

The apartment is fully tiled and equipped with underfloor heating in all rooms. For your safety, smoke detectors are installed throughout the apartment.

A small, fully fenced-in garden with a cozy terrace, stylish rattan patio furniture, and a parasol invites you to enjoy a relaxing vacation.

A parking space is located directly in front of the house.

Dogs are allowed upon request.

During the Easter and fall breaks, this accommodations are rented for stays of five nights or more with no fixed check-out day.

With its proximity to the Wadden Sea and the East Frisian islands, the vacation rental is a perfect starting point for maritime adventures and relaxing vacations.
