The harbor, shopping, and restaurants are just a few minutes’ walk away.<br><br>This non-smoking apartment is fully tiled and features comfortable underfloor heating.<br><br>All windows are equipped with fly screens.<br><br>You’ll feel right at home here:<br><br>A cozy sofa set in the spacious living area with a large TV, a music and radio system… and a wood-burning stove provides cozy warmth on cooler days.<br><br>The modern kitchen is fully equipped, including an oven, microwave, refrigerator with two freezer compartments, dishwasher, Senseo coffee pad machine, toaster, electric kettle, egg cooker, blender, and much more.<br><br>There are two cozy bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, each equipped with a TV that functions as a smart TV. Both bedrooms feature electric exterior blinds.<br><br>The modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a towel warmer; a hair dryer is also provided. A washer-dryer is available for your use free of charge.<br><br>The apartment also has a guest restroom. Additionally, an ironing board, an iron, and a clothes rack are provided.<br><br>Unfortunately, there isn’t enough space in either bedroom for a travel crib.<br><br>A small, fenced-in garden with a cozy, furnished patio and a parasol is available for you to enjoy the sunshine.<br><br>The apartment also includes a garden shed where you can store your bicycles. An electrical outlet is also available.<br><br>Free Wi-Fi (after on-site registration; we cannot guarantee unlimited availability or sufficient speed).<br><br>Pets are not allowed.<br><br>The “Pusteblume” accommodations are located in the same building directly above this apartment; the “Fiete” house is right next door, should you need more space.<br><br>The vacation apartment is located in the picturesque fishing village of Greetsiel, one of the most popular vacation destinations on the East Frisian North Sea coast. Centrally located yet quiet, the historic harbor with its crab fishing boats, the famous twin windmills, and charming cafés, restaurants, and small shops are all within easy walking distance. The surrounding dyke landscape invites you to take walks, go on bike rides, and explore the vast expanse of East Frisia. With its proximity to the Wadden Sea and the East Frisian islands, the vacation rental is a perfect starting point for maritime adventures and relaxing vacations.<br><br>You are welcome to add a laundry package as an optional extra.
