The 80 m² vacation rental is located on the upper floor of our house and is accessible via three steps at the entrance and a staircase inside the house. We, as your hosts, live on the first floor. The non-smoking apartment sleeps up to 4 people and features a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom, a children’s room, a dining room, a bathroom, and a loggia. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle. Dish towels and everything you need to enjoy preparing your meals are provided. The living room features a sofa bed (1.80 m x 1.60 m) for 2 people and a flat-screen satellite TV. Board games are available. For your fitness, we offer a cross-trainer and an exercise bike free of charge. The 12 m² loggia, furnished with a garden table and six chairs, is accessible from the living room. The bedroom features a double bed (180 x 200 cm) with separate mattresses and a fixed headboard. Bedding is provided free of charge. The children’s room has two separate beds. Bedding is provided free of charge. The spacious dining room seats six guests. There is an ample supply of dishes, silverware, and glasses. The naturally lit bathroom features a toilet, a bathtub with a showerhead, and a hair dryer. Hand towels and bath towels are provided. The apartment includes a travel crib and a high chair. The entire apartment is heated by central heating. Free parking is available right next to the house. There is also a place to store bicycles. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the vacation rental. Breakfast options are available at the Netto supermarket, located approximately 300 meters away.
