Welcome to our bright, lovingly furnished ground-floor vacation rental, which, with 60 m² of living space, is ideal for two people. This cozy, non-accessible apartment features a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a bright living room, and a modern bathroom with a window, toilet, and walk-in shower. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could want—with a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and plenty of dishes, silverware, pots, bowls, and all necessary kitchen utensils—nothing stands in the way of a relaxing self-catering stay. Bed linens, hand towels, bath towels, dishcloths, kitchen towels, and a hair dryer are already provided for your arrival. We’ve even thought of the little things, like dishwasher tablets, dishwasher salt, and rinse aid. The apartment is fully heated and offers well-thought-out comfort. To get your vacation off to a good start, we also provide dish soap, trash bags, hand soap, coffee filters, and toilet paper. Outside, a cozy seating area invites you to linger—perfect for a relaxed breakfast or a balmy summer evening. Entertainment is provided by a TV with satellite reception and free Wi-Fi access. A carport is available for your car, motorcycle, or bicycles, which you can also use free of charge. The apartment is the ideal place for a relaxing getaway for two, comfortably furnished and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Check-in is available starting at 4:00 p.m., and check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on-site or, if necessary, by prior arrangement. Pets are not allowed.
