Are you traveling with family or a group of friends and tired of squeezing into tiny hotel rooms? Say hello to The Umpqua! Named after the majestic river nearby, this suite is all about flowing space, rustic comfort, and room for everyone to relax.
Located in our main Motel building but feeling like a cozy cabin retreat, Kitchenette 2 is the ultimate basecamp for your next adventure. With warm knotty pine walls and a view of the woods that surround our property, you’ll feel the stress melt away the moment you walk through the door.
Why "The Umpqua" is the Perfect Choice:
Sleeps the Whole Squad: No need to fight over the covers! This suite features two (2) plush Queen beds and a convenient futon, making it perfect for families, fishing buddies, or hiking groups.
Cozy Nights In: After a day of exploring, gather in the living room area around the glow of the electric fireplace. It’s the perfect spot for card games, storytelling, or just warming up your toes.
Dining Done Your Way: Why eat out every night? With a dedicated kitchen table and full kitchen layout (stove, fridge, sink), you have the freedom to enjoy family breakfasts or late-night snacks right in your room.
A Cabin Feel: Immerse yourself in the outdoors even when you're inside. The wood-paneled decor reflects the beautiful natural setting The Park Motel is famous for.
IMPORTANT NOTE ON COOKING:
We provide the kitchen space so you can cook like a pro, but please note that kitchenware (pots, pans, utensils, dishes) is NOT provided in the room.

Whether you are staying with us for an overnight or an extended stay our promise is to provide you with a rustic, friendly experience that is hard to find. Each or our rooms is a unique rustic experience surrounding you in knotted pine taking in the woods the property is centered on. Our seasoned guests all have favorites and after a couple stays with us, you'll have yours as well. Whether you're a couple looking for a quick get away or a family exploring the Oregon Coast, The Park promises you an ultra-clean room with all the modern amenities in retro style at an affordable price.The Park is a family friendly environment for both children and your favorite 4 legged friends. We also have on site laundry for those especially dirty days fishing or running your ATV on the sand dunes.The Cabins, nestled amongst the trees, have two bedroom with private covered porches and can sleep up to six (6) guests. You get all the comforts of home with fully equipped kitchen with over-the-counter microwave, full-sized refrigerator, oven and cook top plus all the utensils. Ask about our"Little Cabin in the Woods" Private A-Frame Chalet, sleeps up to 8.  Please note that if you are bringing your furry friend, there is a $25/night/pet charge and all pets must be registered at the time of check-in.

We are within an hour drive to most of the Coast's attractions including the Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area, Thors Well, Devils Churn, Heceta Head and the Sea Lion Caves. We are a mile south of Old Town Florence where you can find excellent restaurants.
