This cozy, 50 m² three-room apartment on the mezzanine floor is centrally located in Niendorf and is equipped to accommodate 3 people.

The bright living area features a comfortable two-seater sofa with an armchair, an LCD TV, and a spacious dining area. The living area opens onto a balcony furnished with seating.

The small, well-equipped kitchen, featuring an oven, ceramic cooktop, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and dishwasher, is perfect for cooking or preparing snacks.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. From the living room, you can access the second bedroom, which is furnished with a narrow double bed and a dresser.

From the functionally furnished hallway—complete with a coat rack, full-length mirror, and shoe bench—you can access the bathroom, which features a spacious shower and a heated towel rack.

The swimming pool and sauna are located on the top floor of the neighboring building, offering a view of the Baltic Sea, and are accessible via the underground parking garage.
The swimming pool is open daily from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
The sauna is open on weekends and holidays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., with separate hours for women and men as well as mixed-use times. The swimming pool is expected to be closed for cleaning and maintenance starting on 02.11-13.11.2026 and 01.11-12.11.2027

DThe residential complex has a children’s playground and is equipped with coin-operated washing machines and dryers.

An underground parking space is also included. Through the underground garage, you can access a bicycle storage room as well as a communal laundry and drying room.

Family-friendly vacation complex: The “Carpe Diem” vacation complex is located just 150 meters from the beach in Niendorf.
You’ll spend your vacation here in apartments for 2–4 people, ranging in size from 45 to 50 m², which are easily accessible by elevator from the first floor.
On the terrace or balcony, you can breathe in the first Baltic Sea breeze first thing in the morning.

The on-site sauna provides cozy warmth even on cooler days, and you can take a dip in the adjoining swimming pool all year round.
Shared coin-operated washers and dryers are available for your vacation laundry.

One parking space is reserved for each apartment. There is also a storage room for bicycles and a room for strollers in the basement.

The idyllic harbor of Niendorf is just 400 meters away, where you can buy freshly caught fish, and a bakery is also nearby.
You’ll find additional shopping options 1,500 meters away in the town center or in Timmendorfer Strand, 2,200 meters away.

The shuttle bus on Strandstraße provides good connections to the neighboring Baltic Sea towns.

The Hansa-Park amusement and family park in Sierksdorf near Neustadt in Holstein is sure to be a blast and well worth a visit.
