This 2-room apartment in Scharbeutz is tastefully and modernly furnished to accommodate up to 4 adults or a family with up to 2 children, and is situated in an attractive location just 40 meters from the beautiful Baltic Sea beach. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and is easily accessible by elevator. The south-facing balcony offers a small view of the sea and sun all day long. The apartment features a modern living-dining area with a comfortable sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, and a dining area for 5 people. A very well-equipped, country-style kitchenette (dishwasher, 2-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, etc.) awaits you. In the sleeping alcove, you’ll find a comfortable double bed (160x200 cm). The separate children’s room features a bunk bed and another flat-screen TV. During the 2026 season from May 15 to September 15, a beach chair is available to you free of charge on beach section 11 “Bade.” The house features a small wellness area with a sauna and a relaxation room. Here, you can relax for free on Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays starting at 6:00 p.m. Parking space No. 321 and a shared bicycle storage room are available. There is also a table tennis room, as well as a washer and dryer in the building. Prices are based on 4 guests; each additional guest is charged 5 euros! One dog is welcome! Non-smoking apartment.
