This beautiful 3-room apartment in Scharbeutz is located on the 3rd floor, spread over two levels, with an east-facing balcony, and is suitable for 4 people.
A living-bedroom with a sleeper sofa (1.60 x 2.00 m), cable TV, and a built-in modern kitchenette featuring a microwave, oven, and dishwasher, as well as a dining area for 4 people. The lower level has been completely retiled.
The modern shower room with a toilet completes the amenities on the lower level.
A staircase leads to the upper level of the apartment. Here you’ll find two bedrooms, one equipped with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a south-west-facing balcony. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m), an additional TV, and Velux blackout blinds. Both bedrooms have laminate flooring.
There is no Wi-Fi available in this apartment!

The building has an elevator that takes you comfortably from the first floor to the 3rd floor. A bicycle storage room is available for bicycles, and a free underground parking space (maximum clearance height is 1.80 m) is available for your car during your stay. A coin-operated washer and dryer are available in the communal basement.

This family-friendly vacation home is just a stone’s throw from the beach and the beautiful, newly redesigned beach promenade. Only the pedestrian zone—with its cozy restaurants, cafes, and, not to mention, charming boutiques—separates the complex from the magnificent sandy beach. All 2- and 3-room apartments feature balconies with partial sea views and are individually furnished. The building includes a washer and dryer, as well as an underground parking garage and a bicycle storage room. An elevator is available.
