The apartment is located on the first floor of a well-maintained building with an elevator and features a gorgeous east-facing balcony with a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea—ideal for relaxing breakfasts with the sound of the sea in the background.<br>The bright rooms are tastefully furnished and feature blackout blinds, a cozy kitchen-dining area with an oven, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as two separate bedrooms (first bedroom: 1 double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m); second bedroom: 1 single bed (1.00 x 2.00 m) and 1 sleeper chair (0.77 x 1.90 m, suitable for children). A modern bathroom with a shower and toilet rounds out the cozy atmosphere.<br><br>Free Wi-Fi is available for your added convenience.
