Welcome to the Haus Barke vacation rental.

This spacious 2-room apartment in Scharbeutz is located on the 2nd floor and is easily accessible by elevator. The apartment features two south/east-facing balconies with a side view of the sea and seating areas where you can relax in the evening.

The floors are covered with high-quality vinyl flooring in a plank design. The living area is modern and tastefully furnished with a dining area for 3 people and includes a cable TV. The comfortable sofa bed in the living room provides a third sleeping option (sleeping area: 1.10 m x 2.10 m). The modern kitchenette features a dishwasher, oven, and microwave. A Tassimo coffee maker is also available here. The spacious bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and a second TV has a south-facing balcony with a side view of the lake.
The modern bathroom with shower and toilet includes a makeup mirror and a hair dryer.


A parking space is included with the apartment. Wi-Fi is available to guests free of charge. Pets are not allowed! Non-smoking apartment.
