The vacation home “Urlaubs-Anker,” situated in a quiet location, is located on a cul-de-sac in a peaceful residential neighborhood of Scharbeutz. The garden can also be used as a lawn for sunbathing. There is ample space directly on the property in the turning area for cars to be parked there. Well-behaved dogs are allowed.

The nearby Wennsee lake, with its orchard meadow, invites you to linger and pick fruit. Depending on the season, you’ll find apples, pears, cherries, and plums here in the summer, which you’re welcome to eat right there to your heart’s content or pick and take home. The nearby Wennsee Forest and Kammerwald are perfect for hiking, Nordic walking, jogging, or biking. The beach is 1,000 meters away, which is about a 15-minute walk.

We invite you to visit the beautiful Baltic Sea coast year-round to enjoy relaxing beach walks or bike rides.

This spacious and cozy apartment is located on the first floor of a well-maintained building and offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation in its 85 m² of living space. Ideal for families or couples, the apartment accommodates up to 4 adults and two children.
The apartment impresses not only with its stylish furnishings but also with its large southwest-facing balcony, which offers plenty of sunshine. Here, you can enjoy your time off to the fullest.


The light-filled apartment features comfortable amenities. In the living room, you’ll find a cozy seating area with a sleeper sofa (1.60 m x 2.00 m), a flat-screen TV, a stereo system, and, of course, Wi-Fi—perfect for relaxing evenings or a cozy get-together.


The open-concept kitchen, featuring a spacious cooking island, is modernly equipped and leaves nothing to be desired: an oven, a glass-ceramic cooktop, and a dishwasher provide everything you need and invite you to enjoy relaxed cooking.


The apartment features two bedrooms, both equipped with flat-screen TVs. The first bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, while the second bedroom features two single beds with a nautical design in a contemporary pallet style. The modern bathrooms, each with a shower and toilet, are located right next to the bedrooms, ensuring a restful stay.
