A rare and highly practical setup for larger groups: the villa is arranged across 4 self-contained levels, each with its own independent entrance, kitchen and living space. It allows several groups to travel together while still keeping privacy within the house.

The location adds another layer of independence outside the house: public transport, supermarkets, restaurants and beaches are walkable, so everyone can easily follow different plans during the day.

Start your mornings with coffee on one of the terraces, each offering its own atmosphere. 4 kitchens mean breakfast doesn’t have to be a 16-person operation, and different groups can prepare breakfast at the same time without feeling on top of each other. In addition to privacy, the separate levels provide excellent sound separation, so early risers and night owls can keep different rhythms without disturbing one another — particularly helpful for multi-generational families.

Spend the day your way — some relaxing by the pools, others heading to the beach, or exploring Lisbon, Cascais, and Sintra. Everyone is free to follow their own interests and pace for the day, and regroup later without needing to organize the whole group around the same activity or transport plan. The villa’s convenient location and public transport connections mean less advance coordination and more freedom for everyone to decide spontaneously how they want to spend the day.

As the day winds down, return home for a relaxed game night or a sunset BBQ. And when anyone needs a little time to themselves, there is always a quiet corner to retreat to. With 2 private pools, multiple terraces, and several spaces to unwind, there is a variety of spaces to spend quality time together when you want to, while still having your own space and rhythm.

The unique "Together, but apart" Configuration:

The villa is spread across 4 independent levels, each can function as a self-contained apartment with its own outdoor space:

FLOOR 0: A 1-bedroom, 1-bath apartment (41m²) with a private front yard — ideal for those who prefer minimal stairs.

FLOOR 1: A studio (27m²) with direct access to an outdoor deck and a private pool (5.8 × 3m) — perfect for relaxed indoor-outdoor living. Catch a glimpse of the ocean from this floor.

FLOOR 2 : A spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath apartment (115m²) with a terrace and a courtyard. This floor enjoys full ocean views.

FLOOR 3 : A 3-bedroom, 2-bath penthouse (85 m²) featuring a terrace, sunroom, outdoor dining area, lawn terrace, and a rooftop pool (7 × 2.6 m), all with panoramic ocean views. The elevated setting offers sweeping views over the Cascais coastline and marina in the distance.

Each floor has its own entrance and the floors are connected by exterior stairs, allowing different groups to stay together while maintaining privacy, schedules and rhythms. Everyone stays under the same roof, while each sub-group can still enjoy its own kitchen and living space. Here, you can share the holiday without having to share every routine, and different rhythms can co-exist comfortably.

Big trips are rare. This home makes them easier to enjoy — with more freedom, more privacy, and fewer compromises.

ATTENTION:

This is one of the closest large-group homes to Lisbon, rather than an isolated villa in the remote countryside. Its proximity to the city and convenient location mean the property is in a peaceful residential setting with neighboring homes nearby, so outdoor noise must always be kept reasonable and considerate.

The villa is designed as a home base for larger groups to stay, relax, and explore Lisbon and the coast — not as a venue for events, parties, gatherings, or group entertaining. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM to 7 AM.

Note:

1. The villa is spread across 4 levels and does NOT have an elevator. The 1-bedroom apartment on the ground floor is ideal for those who prefer minimal stairs

2. The pool water temperature is NOT regulated

3. Pool inflatables shown in the photos are for staging purposes only and may NOT be available during your stay for hygiene reasons. An electric air pump is available if you choose to bring your own inflatables.

4. Air conditioning is only available on the top floor (3 bedrooms and the living room). Fans are provided on the other floors. Thanks to the coastal climate, mornings and evenings are generally mild, even during the warmer months. The Atlantic and our pools stay refreshingly cool, so the warmer afternoons are often when swimming is at its most enjoyable.

5. The property sleeps up to 16 guests, but it is designed as a residential home rather than an event venue. The layout works best for groups who enjoy spending time together in small clusters while still having the freedom to spread out across the property. There is no one big commercial kitchen, or single dining/gathering space designed for all 16 guests at once.

For full-group meals, we’re happy to recommend nearby restaurants that can accommodate big parties.

6. Please dispose of used toilet paper, diapers, and feminine hygiene products in the trash bins provided. This simple precaution helps avoid blockages and unnecessary disruption during your stay.

7. Most kitchen cabinets are reserved for owner storage and are not available for guest use. However, guests can pack light with the multiple laundry facilities, while the supermarket directly in front of the house makes it easy to shop for fresh food as needed.

8. Complimentary Disney+ is provided on the smart TVs. Guests are also welcome to sign in to their own accounts on other streaming platforms. No local TV channels.

9. The maximum occupancy is 16 guests in total. Sofa beds are available only to provide flexibility in sleeping arrangements for registered guests and do NOT increase the maximum permitted occupancy.

Sofa beds are NOT prepared by default. If you would like to use one, please let us know at least 7 days before arrival. An additional bedding & linen fee of €40 per sofa bed, per stay, applies.

10. A travel baby crib & high chair can be provided at no additional cost, with prior reservation. For hygiene and comfort, please bring your own crib linens.
