Our vacation home, “Haus Fernblick,” with barrier-free access, is situated in a quiet and idyllic location in Stierberg, a district of the beautiful town of Waldkirchen. Nestled in the stunning landscape of the rolling Bavarian Forest hills, you’ll find plenty of space and time here to relax close to—and in the midst of—nature. The Bavarian Forest beckons with many excursion options, such as the Bavarian Forest National Park—which, incidentally, was the first national park established in Germany in 1970. The “City of Three Rivers,” Passau, also invites you to explore, Whether for shopping, cultural events, or strolling through the charming old town. It’s no wonder Passau is often described as the “Bavarian Venice.” This is just a brief overview of the highlights of our beautiful border triangle, formed by Germany, Austria, and the Czech Republic.
