Welcome to my vacation home in the Alpine foothills!
This historic house, built in 1896, is situated in a completely quiet location right next to a stream and a hiking trail leading into the Alpine foothills. The picturesque town center of Oberammergau is just a 5- to 10-minute walk away.
A beautiful garden invites you to relax; there are 2 lounge chairs and a parasol available here. From the spacious balcony on the first floor, you can enjoy a stunning view of the Alps and watch the sunset.
The house features 5 bedrooms, 1 group room (seminar room), 1 dining room, a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and 3 restrooms, and can accommodate up to 7 people.
All rooms offer a magnificent view of the mountains.
On the first floor is the fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, sink, refrigerator, and dishwasher. There is also a large, newly renovated bathroom with a rain shower.
The cozy common room features a large dining table that seats 10–12 people.
On the first floor, 3–4 people can sleep (3 single rooms). In addition, a 26-square-meter group/relaxation and yoga room invites you to unwind or engage in other activities.
On the second floor, accessible via a steep staircase, there are 2 additional bedrooms for 4 people (2 double bedrooms) and a bathroom with a bathtub, sink, and toilet.
The house is not well-suited for small children!
Duvets and pillows are provided; please bring your own bed linens and towels.
If you are traveling internationally, you need to bring your own towels and pillowcases.
Parking: Loading and unloading is possible directly in front of the house; however, there is no parking at the house itself—you’ll need to park on the street.
A tourist tax of €2.50 per adult per day applies; please pay this on site.
