The comfortable and 5*-star DTV-classified holiday apartment “Friedenshöhe 2” is located in an apartment house newly built in 2022, which is characterized by high-quality materials and modern comfort.

Covering an area of ​​approximately 96 square meters, this maisonette apartment (ground floor and basement) offers you a generous amount of space: 3 comfortable bedrooms, 3 bathrooms in Italian porcelain stoneware and furnishings from Villeroy & Boch as well as a large living room with high-quality parquet made of oiled oak floorboards and designer -Furniture (Brühl & Sippolt, Rolf Benz), large TV and soundbar await you. The adjacent open kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. A sauna in the basement invites you to relax, sauna towels are available for you. On the 3 outdoor terraces of this apartment you can thoroughly enjoy the beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. Your four-legged friends are also very welcome.
The house has a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron as well as a storage room for skis and bicycles. Baby cot and high chair are available upon request.
You can park your car in the underground car park belonging to the house (height 2.00 m). The elevator takes you directly to your holiday apartment without barriers.
The “Friedenshöhe” apartment house is in a very quiet location just above the center of Oberammergau. In about 15 minutes on foot you can reach the town center with various sights (Passion Play House and much more), the tourist information office, the train station and many shopping opportunities. A variety of restaurants are available for culinary holiday enjoyment. In addition, Oberammergau and the Ammergau Alps region offer you countless opportunities for cultural and sporting leisure activities at any time of the year.

Amazing apartment!

We had a lovely stay at this appartment. We are quiet picky but this served all our needs. The appartement is even better than the description instead of 1 bathroom we had 3 bathrooms! And I think the size is bigger than the 95 m2. It is very clean and we even got clean towels halfway. Everything you need is there. Great communication with Skinner appartments. We hope to come back one day! And if not in this appartment, definatly another one from Skinner!

Sehr schöne Wohnung. Eigentlich fehlt es an nichts. Die Pfannen könnten ausgetauscht werden und Fliegengitter an den Fenstern im Schlafzimmer wäre toll.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung war umfangreich und mehr als ausreichend.Kleinere Abzüge gibt es für die doch kleinen Zimmer; ein zusätzlicher Stuhl für die Tagesbekleidung hätte nicht mehr hineingepasst. Außerdem müsste für eine 6 Personenwohnung mindestens ein zweiter Stellplatz für ein zweites KFZ vorgesehen werden und Parken auf der Straße war nicht im näheren Umkreis nicht möglich. Wir haben uns trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Appartement als sehr gut weiter empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Angenehme und ruhige Lage. Wir waren 5 Erwachsene ein Kind und hatten ausreichend Platz. Bei Fragen wurde uns umgehend geholfen. Gerne wieder!

Kurze Auszeit

Tolle Wohnung mit perfekter Ausstattung. Besonders die Sauna mit dem Zugang zur Terrasse hat uns gefallen. Wir waren zu viert mit Hund unterwegs. Da ist die Lage perfekt. Ein paar Schritte nur zum Wald und zur Ammer. Auch die Kommunikation mit Manuela Skinner ist sehr angenehm. Da freuen wir uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch.

Friedenshöhe 2

Tolle Wohnung mit einer Ausstattung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Alles was man in einer Ferienwohnung braucht, ist bereits vohanden (Spüli, Tabs für die Spülmaschine, Flüssigseife in den Bädern uvm. Alles sehr sauber. Tolle Lage, ruhig, schöne Aussicht. Das Team Skinner ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles top, wir kommen wieder.

Die Wohnung ist wund...

Die Wohnung ist wunderschoen gelegen mit Blick auf den Kofel. Die Einrichtung und Baeder sind sehr hoher Standard. Wir waren mit 5 Leuten zu Besuch und hatten mehr als genug Platz und jede Menge Privatssphaere und Rueckzugsmoeglichkeiten durch die 3 Baeder. Auch die Sauna ist ein sehr netter Zusatz, obwohl es ab 3 Leuten schon ein wenig eng werden kann. Auf jeden Fall das Geld wert! Gerne wieder!
