In this townhouse, you’ll enjoy a quiet setting close to the beach. The beach is about 250 meters away.
The center of Timmendorfer Strand, with its many charming cafés, bars, restaurants, and shopping options, is within walking distance.
It’s about a 15-minute walk to Niendorf.

A parking space is available for you at the house.

Welcome to this middle unit in a row house in Timmendorfer Strand!

The 3.5-room apartment (approx. 75 m²) can accommodate up to 5 people. Light-colored country-style furniture creates a maritime atmosphere. The bright living room, featuring a modern sofa set, a 55-inch LED TV, and a stereo system, is particularly inviting. From there, you have direct access to the sun terrace with its own small garden.
The well-equipped open kitchen features a ceramic cooktop, a microwave with grill, a dishwasher, a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a washing machine. The adjacent dining area blends perfectly into the overall design.
From the hallway, you can access the completely renovated shower room.

You reach the bright bedrooms via a staircase. The first bedroom impresses with its open loft area featuring exposed beams and high ceilings. It features a double bed with a small sitting area, a wardrobe, and an LED TV.
The second bedroom includes a built-in wardrobe with sliding doors and two single beds pushed together to form a double bed.
Another staircase leads up to the converted attic. Here, you’ll find another single bed where one person can lie back and watch the stars through the slanted skylight.
There is no longer a travel crib or high chair in the apartment.
The Strandhus is a non-smoking property, though the beautiful southeast-facing terrace offers an ideal alternative for smokers.

A parking space is available in front of the house.
