This spacious single-level layout offers easy access to everything, featuring a comfortable living room and a breakfast bar—perfect for relaxing, working, or enjoying a meal. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for cooking or unwinding with a night in.

The home includes two well-appointed bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen, both featuring premium linens and TVs in each room for a comfortable, hotel-quality experience.

The bathroom features heated floors, easily adjustable like a thermostat, adding an extra level of comfort to your stay.

Parking will not be an issue. There is a dedicated parking spot located in the back of the property, along with plenty of free street parking available nearby.

Located in the heart of Ohio City, you’re just steps from top restaurants, bars, breweries, and coffee shops. Downtown, sporting venues, and the lakefront are all just a quick 5-minute Uber away.

No smoking is allowed anywhere on the premises, and we do not allow any parties or large gatherings whatsoever. Any violation of these rules will result in an immediate removal from the property and a $300 fee.

Our guest are allowed to enjoy the full space of the apartment and the exterior yard that is shared.

We understand privacy so we will not be greeting you at the door. You will enjoy our self check in and out as if the loft was your own. But if you need us we are right around the corner for your needs.

Our Stay Haven Collection Apartment is just 3-7 min to downtown in an uber. This apartment is great if you are going to any Cleveland sporting events or concerts. Booking an uber is very easy and they are always 1-3 minutes away. There are cool stores, restaurants and coffee shops all within a walking distance away. The streets are safe and joyful to walk around if you need to get some fresh air.

- CS folk which has a mix of modern decor, clothing, spices and unique stuff. Highly recommend checking out and its located ish below the apartment. ( this is the store that is just below the apartment in the same building)

- Cents Pizza which is directly in our back yard just on the other side of the fence. Its just right around the corner and is a 30 second walk.

-Juneberry table which is a good brunch spot.
The apartment will only be set up for 4 guest. Max of 6 guest can stay. But we must know the amount of guest prior. Also if you have more then 4 staying we will have a blow up mattress available for you but please tell us so we can have it there for you.



Absolutely no smoking at all. There will be a $300 fine imposed immediately.

Late check outs- we do not automatically allow late check outs but in some cases we might be able to accommodate a late check out for a fee of $50 and hour. Guest must request a late check out the day before there check out day.

There will be a $150 fee applied to your reservation if the guest does not check out by 10 am.

We do not tolerate any parties or large gatherings and will be asked to leave right away and be charged a violation of $300.
